I went to Ace computers at 9 am because my computer was stuck in a repair loop, and he was unwilling to help me, told me to clean the computer and come back. I didn't have time for that, so I took it to Tony at Perez computer solutions and he cleaned it out, fixed the startup issue and remounted some hardware and it was fixed by lunch time. He appreciated my business and didn't waste my time.

Tony did a fabulous job in taking care of my system. My computer was lagging for so long after the pandemic. Took it to Tony and he took out the kinks, installed new hardware, upgraded it and now is working like a charm! The price very reasonable. I will definitely use Perez Computer Services for my computer needs.

My company reached out to Perez Computer Solutions in order to assist with the set up, configuration, and instruction of a VIP employees home setup. His price was very fair, and he was extremely flexible working around our scheduling to accommodate the numerous devices we needed setup. PCS will definitely be a contender to revisit if we need work done in the area as were based in the Midwest.

I called Tony to attempt to get my son's laptop fixed. He was able to see me right away and diagnosed the problem. Tony was very helpful. Unfortunately he was unable to complete the repair, but pointed me in the right direction! I'm grateful for his friendliness, customer service, and professionalism. I was running into an issue with my PC that was well past my trouble shooting knowledge or capabilities. I called Tony at 9:30pm on a Saturday night (he’s open until 11pm which is immensely helpful if you can’t make it to a storefront with more traditional hours). He said I could bring it by that night, so that’s what I did. I asked him to text me with any updates or questions. I went back home, and woke up to a text that my issue had been resolved. The text was sent maybe two hours after I dropped the computer off. He has a wealth of knowledge and was incredibly easy to do business with. My new go-to for anything computer related

Less than a 24 hour turnaround on my repair. Got it home and the monitor wouldn't get signal from the cpu. Called him and he was able to troubleshoot it from the other line. Talk about full service! Perez will be our tech for now on!!

I cannot praise Perez Computer Solutions enough! My laptop's internal power cord connector broke on a Wednesday night. I use my computer for work and didn't have a backup. I called Perez Computer Solutions Thursday morning, he diagnosed it the same day and we ordered the part. My laptop was fixed and ready for pickup Friday afternoon! The cost to fix my laptop was very reasonable. Tony is very polite and professional. I recommend them for all your laptop issues!

Dropped my gaming pc off at around 10:00 pm at night and Tony had it fixed by the morning! He was quick to find out what was wrong and he was great to work with! Super kind and humble dude. Good computer knowledge 👍 and detail job. I took my laptop to Badboy computer, they couldn't save my data. After that I went Tony and he saved my data. Tony made detail cleaning on my main board but my laptop didn't turn on because water spilled on it. But after a week my laptop turned on. I believe detail cleaning worked 👍 Recommended 👍

I was having issue's with my gaming PC and Tony was very friendly and extremely helpful, after he tried one method and it did not work he was very intent on trying to find the issue and even helped me find a replacement GPU that was the last one in stock! If you need a PC tech who actually cares about fixing your problem and is willing to help until the job is done then this is your guy.

Found Tony on the internet n my experience w dealing w a business run inside a home was not scary as I imagined. Upon meeting Tony, he was friendly, knowledgeable n proactive with all the issues that my HP laptop HP printer was experiencing. He explained all the problems that I presented him with n the probable solutions. Unfortunately, my old HP was not repairable n my HP laptop was too-old to accept the SSD (I brought) n Windows could not be replaced due to a damage Mother Board.
