Dunkin'

I used to work here so the atmosphere has definitely changed in a good way it's all remodeled and brand new seating and ice cream container as well as donut and muffin case is new, I like to collect their specialised mugs it's a little hobby of mine the snack n bacon & the vanilla cream donut and the cappuccino blast with whipped cream and cinnamon are must tries here. Because everything is new it is visibly clean from in front of the counters to the back of them. The very sweet Hindi girls that were there and the girl who made my drink were all laughing and being very polite. They must be new I've never seen them at this location before, and I've been going here for years. Even the Dunkin I worked at in Las Vegas had a manager who, small world, is related to the manager here at this Dunkin his name is Sam. Nice gentleman.. what were the chances of me ending up 3,000 miles away to work for a guy who is a cousin of Sam, plus when I worked at the Dunkin in UIC of Chicago those managers were his family too, it really is a small world 😂 God bless and I hope you have a great experience if you stop by this location. I love how the cones are on display in a glass container. It looked a lot cleaner in there. Customer service could be better .

The best Dunkin Donuts in the area , and I go to 3 different locations while commuting to and from work throughout the week , the new one on Indianapolis 👎🏽 and the one on Columbus dr 👎🏽👎🏽This spot down to the costumer service is worth driving 10–15 mins on a off day!!! I’m writing this review after procrastinating to do so for some time but today is the day , this location made my morning today, my avocado toast was cooked to perfection with the bacon all cooked evenly , sitting on top of the avocado like it was a pillow , and I ordered a pumpkin spice ice coffee and I actually taste the SPICE 🤌🏻 been in this area in particular for 3 yrs and I NEVER had a bad order ! Keep up the amazing work, you guys have no idea the difference you make! Mornings 🌞

Always come to this Dunkin for my midnight caffeine high. Only one person works here during the midnight turn but she is most kind and friendly person you will see there. She takes pride in her work make sure to tip her she deserves it

I've been here twice in two weeks. Drive thru for a mixed dozen med hot coffee cream sugar. Walk in the second time. boston, jelly 2 glazed, med hot coffee cream sugar some ice to cool it off a bit. Fast polite accurate service both times.

I go here all the time. The service is always fast and accurate. I never had any problems, besides the occasional ling lines during both rush hours.

I've loved Dunkin Donuts since I was a kid. And I am so happy that I can share, somewhat of a tradition with my grandkids. I always stop and get them donuts and juice whenever I take them to school. My parents used to take me. Hopefully it will be around for them to share this simple little bit with the next generation. Thanks for always being awesome.

My mini breakfast was great, hot great service. When you go through service is maybe 5 out of 10.I didn't have to ask for anything so much I went back the next day.

Dropped my wallet in the drive through ..went home in a panick it wasnt there went back to dunkin .. the woman working behind the counter said a woman turned it in but the woman who turned it in stole my dunkin gift cards n my starbucks gift cards .. left the three doller i had though .. the woman at dunkin proceded to ask if i wanted to order and i said i couldnt because they stole my gift cards . She remembered my usual order n proceded to make my order even though i told her i only have 3 bucks .. she gave them to me for having such a crappy day .. this woman is a life saver and not to mention she gets my coffee perfect everytime love this woman wish i would of got her name

Had a great experience here walked in and (Erika)the person who attended me was very nice and attentive to what I was ordering had great vibes very respectful great customer service my coffee was amazing just an amazing experience all together will be returning to this place again

Sign on the door says do not enter without mask. Went in, mask on, only to see two girls working behind the counter without one. If it's good for me, it's good for thee.

I go there everyday before work for my medium ice coffee no sugar no cream adding hazelnut, caramel, french vanilla, and chocolate. Everyday the best $2.41 spent

My one stop in the morning mandatory especially from the pretty ladies that work there a friendly smile goes a long way coffee is always made right to my specifications
