I want to personally thank the manager Juan For taking the time that we needed to put this Transaction. I upgraded traded some gear in and made a friend. I've always been a
Guitar Center supporter and it was truly shown today. As well Drew is on the money. Whether you're upgrading your a beginner or you need trade some gear in or learn to play, You're not going to be let down. The location is clean.

We came in today to get a new tuning peg for our guitar. Drew in the repairs department was able to give us a spare one, so we did not have to buy a whole 6 pack! Very nice, friendly and informative! Go Drew! He even taught us how to put it on no problem! Thank you again!

Ari at the Tampa location is awesome!! We went in to buy a couple of speakers and not only did she help us find them and get them down from the very top shelf in the store but she also helped us carry them to the car. On top of her amazing assistance, she was also super fun and personable! We were in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes (and had fun while we were there) thanks to her help! Bought a guitar,had to go back next day for a repair and was done the same day. Dru was excellent. I left very happy!! Love my guitar 😃

My son and I love visiting this guitar center! The Customer Service is outstanding and they’ve always got plenty of guitars for us to check out and play! Special Props to ARI - for going above and beyond on appraising/purchasing our guitars. She even stayed past her scheduled work hours to finish our transaction - THANKS ARI!! Additionally, the guitar instructor manager is a SHREDDER - keep up the great work!!

Had a last minute issue with a sound system. I was able to go about 10-15 minutes before they closed and was helped in finding the correct replacement cables. They told me the differences in the different priced cables which was super helpful. Ultimately found what I needed and was in and out quickly.

Unfortunately, there are no Guitar Center stores near my home. The closest is over 45 minutes away, but, after looking online, I felt they had the best selection of new and used items. After a long drive, in semi-rainy weather, I arrived. I needed a gift card and information about what kinds of drums they sold. I’m sorry to say I did not get the gentleman’s name that assisted me, but he was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He went out of his way to look up prices and explain the differences in the drum sets. He called his manager to help me with my gift card purchase because he wasn’t yet familiar with the procedure. His manager was extremely helpful, as well. I had a very pleasant experience at this location, and I left there with a smile on my face and a gift card for my husband’s birthday.

I always thought that the Tampa guitar center has a better humanized service with costumers. But the conclusion came when I there the other day and I was saved by a guy called Ryan. For a last time gig, I had to buy a guitar in literally 3 minutes. He made it happen, went inside, understood how fast it should happen and sold me a beautiful used yamaha that saved my day and my gig. Imagine how this guy must be in a normal non rush hour. I will definitely come back to do businesses in this specific guitar center because of Ryan. He simply understands musicians this quick.

Thank you so much for such excellent service. Drew was awesome. We brought him an old guitar and he completely brought it back to life. My son is extremely happy :)

Drew helped my guitar! I'm from out of town and I had a gig the next day, but guitar was having issues. He fixed it same day, very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone was kind, and I wasn't the only woman trying electric guitars out loud! Right on!

visited this store with intent to have a keyboard repaired. being 60+ years-old and not in the best shape, it was a chore carrying the heavy unit from the parking lot into the store. once inside, i learned they don't currently offer this service. Nonetheless, employee, "Chaz" courteously provided info about where i might find it. He then helped me transport the heavy instrument back to my car! that's what i call great customer service and i will definitely continue to shop and do business @ Guitar Center, Tampa.

Sold some used gear I didn't need anymore and they give 60% of whatever the item sold on eBay as. They were nice and accommodating.

Drew in the repair shop was fantastic professional, courteous and friendly. Would recommend using him anytime.

A very nice older gentleman sold me a Squire Jaguar Bass. I had been looking for one, also, he recommended a very nice Fender Rumble 25W amp for it, and a brand new cable. This location is very nice overall, and I’ve bought strings and picks from here before as well.

Look, You can get great deals at most guitar centers and sell gear as well. Good store for all levels of Musicians and even dj's and audio engineers

I love this store. They had a great selection of instruments. The service was also great.
