Went there on a Saturday morning.. no long lines and the staff were helpful.. yes it is very small post office, see the pics.. they beat my expectations.. Note: Mountain House new residents visit this USPS not the other one in Tracy area..

They close earlier than what’s posted on the door. That’s the only complaint I’ve got. Otherwise, far better than the other Tracy post office. My packages don’t mysteriously get lost and not track- they scan them right away.

As rest of the reviews says, this office deserves 0 rating. Firstly, they have a phone that no one answers. Even if you are lucky, all they do is take your phone number promising calling back in couple of hours, but that never happens in your lifetime.
Coming to the main issue, I was waiting for my package from DMV (license plates for my car) and the usps informed delivery shows it was delivered, but looks like the person put it in a wrong mail box (dont even know which one of it). I requested Tracy USPS Annex to double check the mail boxes and put it back in right one, that never happened even I left note in my mail box with the samething.
Overall, frustrating experience and I have to deal with DMV again that is another level of headache.

so I’m having a hard time understanding what their expectations are.. I get a note in my mailbox that I have to pick my package up at the post office, that’s fine with me. So I can only pick it up after 10:30am. I can’t pick it up anytime after 4. So they’re going to have to hold my package until it is convenient for me to go back or they can return to sender and I’ll get my money back. these office hours are insane, I don’t get off work in time for me to pick up my package, and not to mention when I called down here and finally got connected after almost half an hour which is my whole lunch break, the lady on the phone was so rude, and inconsiderate. I understand that she just wanted to be off of work, but she literally works at an office that requires customer service and I called within the business hours. I wish I could just get my package refunded at this point I just don’t want to deal with this branch .

If I could give zero stars I would, the mailman always drops off my packages at the neighbors house, and today I keep looking for my package I couldn’t find it, I kept calling them they wouldn’t answer I went in the post office, and the old man working there was very creepy and weird and I still don’t have my package.

Certain employees are unprofessional. Don't treat the customers rudley if you hate what your doing.

Worst ever we all should call corporate and report this post office and get it shut down or get these idiots fired and have better employees with actual brains
