Everyday, we ship items for mybow.us via USPS, Tracy. Mostly I spend time here, 5-10 mins. They care every customers mail reach without any churns to the receiving party with good quality. They guide to use right choice of mailing service to meet their need. Very friendly. I saw some folks share frustration while waiting on queue. But when their turn comes they expect the similar care. At the end, mail delivered...

I’m giving USPS a 5 Star and their customers 1 Star. The wait has been long both times I’ve recently had to go, but you can see the employees working hard, navigating all the steps on their computers as fast as possible. When I mailed my passport the employee saved me money by choosing a lesser known shipping format, all in the middle of a rush. Today Kia also did an amazing job and despite dealing with customers that took 15+ minutes she just said “Thanks, we got through it together. Have a good day.”

As a customer, If you plan on going there, be prepared. Looking for a package? Have the tracking number ready. Sending something to your cousin? Don’t go digging for the address now, have it saved and open. It’s a courtesy to us all.

Five star is not enough for this place , There is no post office better than Tracy Post Office, in u.s.a. the people working hard to make others happy, especially young girl name Joviyn she is a hard work person. Thank you so much for everything. You guys done for Tracy post office and I am happy to leave close by. God bless all of you.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Hard working employees who deliver quality service. I totally appreciate what they do. Have never encountered a bad attitude. Also, my late Aunt was a postal worker.

I frequent the Tracy Post office to send out care packages. Not once that I had to wait long to be helped. Postal clerks are very friendly and helpful. Look forward to my next visit with friendly clerks!! BRAVO!!!

I’ve been a frequent customer for the past 9 months and have had a good experience. All of the staff is friendly... and kudos to the person who Came up with the idea of having a representative on the floor to assist customers. Lines will be lines but I don’t feel it has anything to do with the representatives.

I have a problem an still after a year i cant get no help. A man named ken and that all i know because that s all he would tell me about him. But I have received four letters to my home in the past year FROM THE U S POSTAL SERVICE AND THIS IS VERY TROUBLING TO ME NOW. So when i left the post office i was convinced nothing would since ken was the person i seen a year ago when i was concerned ABOUT NOT RECIEVING ANY MAIL AT ALL AT THAT BECAUSE HE SPENT EVEN LESS TIME WITH ME THE THE FIRST TIME WHEN THE PROBLEM DEVELOPED 1 YEAR AGO.

Hands down one of the best USPS offices I've been to. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Lines go quick. I've never had an issue here.

My experience here at this USPS was pleasant. Staff was talking to people with courtesy and with a smile .
