Alex is The Man. Came in needing help with unsolicited pop up ads, Alex had my problem solved, upgraded my plan for no additional cost and had me on my way in about 20 minutes. All while finishing up with another customer. I appreciate good service, so great service should be recognized and that's what I got today.

I'm so glad Troy is at this store. He's kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. He always fixes my phone and helps me figure out how to use it. I'm thankful for his patience and thoughtfulness.

I recently switched carriers from Verizon and canceled Spectrum. At this location I got two lines and home internet. Justin was super helpful and made the process very smooth. We’re saving money and getting a lot of perks. Service is great so far. I definitely recommend this location as the staff was very helpful.

Joe is one of the best phone reps. I have ever dealt with. He is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to be helpful and patient, even with a problem that is taken forever to work through, because of unforseen circumstances. Definitely turned a stressful situation around with his kind and patient demeanor. Thank you for your help Joe and not making me feel bad for having a really tough issue! Nah cause this last review I saw was from 10 YEARS AGO??? I have been to this store and no one acts that way, Tory, the Manager, is awesome at his job. And they could’ve been following up with your experience and you just deleted it and assumed he was “hitting on you?” talk about a way too big ego complex. This store is awesome, and the newest review is ridiculous

I came in to get a upgrade on my phone and spoke with guy name Troy and he knew all about the plans and cost and discount on trade in and how much I could save if I trade phone going back Monday to upgrade my phone

I had excellent service , my experience was great, Troy was very knowledgeable and efficient.

Tory was courteous, informative, and attentive. The store was busy, and though there was a wait, we did not mind since he found out what we needed and kept us informed of how long we would need to wait. He was also patient when it came to transferring our information from our old androids to our new iPhones, which is always a pain. Great service with Tory

Had a great experience with Michael, the manager, and John, maybe assistant manager. They were very good at explaining stuff to me and my old man (we are both old), and made switching from a different carrier and purchasing a new phone very easy. Very happy we went and very happy with T-Mobile's 55Plus plan that lets us have 2 lines for $60/mo using Autopay.

Very happy with the service given by Brandon, T-Mobile tech @ Springhurst Center! My phone needed more storage & I bought new SanDisk card. He was very courteous & helpful!

I would highly recommend this store to anyone! I spent the last year dealing with stalkerware/keyloggers due to going through a divorce from hell from a very abusive man. I had been a Verizon customer for almost 20 years & would have never left them, however throughout this process they were completely useless & knew nothing of what I had been dealing with, which is a very real thing, google it. I kept being told to go to the apple store which I would do only to be told something was definitely wrong with my device but they couldnt figure it out either only to be sent back to verizon. This went on for months until I figured maybe I needed to talk to someone else. I went to The oxmore store first but they didnt seem to grasp the magnitude of what I was dealing with & really didnt sell me. I later went to At&t but they also were useless. Finally something told me to try T-mobile again but this time try the springhurst store. I went in & I'm sure I sounded crazier than a crack house rat as this entire experience has been crazy, however I spoke with the sales rep Josh who reaffirmed my concerns & validated them as these things are very real & do happen more frequently than you know. For that in itself it was a huge releif just to experience someone else who knew something about these things. I would have entirety bought anything he was selling however he didnt hard sell me & was super cool about me needing a moment to process what I needed to do. I came back about a week later after dealing with more anomalies that Verizon couldn't explain & saw Josh again to finally pull the trigger & switch providers. In truth he could have upsold me anything as I was completely at the mercy of a stranger at that point hoping he was steering me in the right direction. However he didn't, which I'm entirely grateful for. He also managed to lower my bill about $50 a month from what I was paying with Verizon & thats with 2 lines. So far my service has been great with no issues. I would completely trust that man & this store to steer you in the right direction. I would entirely refer anyone to them. Keep up the good work!

It's really nice nowadays to see a familiar face. Went to review my plan/services and Tory was in the house... He's reason enough to keep me with TMobile.

We found the staff, Kelsey, Kenny and Deanna, to be very professional and understanding. They helped us through a tenuous situation with another mobile phone company. They made the transfer as painless as possible.

Went into the store on 4/27/2022 was helped by Joseph.... very professional and patient with me trying to make a decision. Joseph was very helpful and very nice!!! I love the customer service.

The Salesperson helped me immediately after walking in. They answered my questions quickly and nicely. It looked like a newer store so I asked. They said they opened 3 months ago. It was setup nice and didn't feel like a small cramped store.

Visited on 3/29/19 to switch to t-mobile from Verizon and Kat was amazing! I had visited the Oxmoor Center location the previous day (across from Oxmoor mall) and the employees could not have been less enthused about their jobs and didn't even acknowledge me when I entered the store. I would highly recommend the springhurst location over the Oxmoor Center store!
