Starbucks

This staff is awesome and they work so hard. I sit in this cafe 1-3 times a week and they are exceptional. They remember details about my kids and I watch them do this with customers across hours.

In a time when everyone is a critic and people feel entitled to dump their bad moods on customer service workers I’ve seen this crew take it in stride and endeavor to keep going. This location gets busy, no one is incorrect about that, and they still put smiles in their faces and keep running. I appreciate everyone in this store and appreciate how they treat me kindly. Thank you all for giving me a place to work that feels like a home away from home.

This Starbucks is a great place to get together with friends or meeting clients, as it is spacious. Seating inside and outside. The staff is friendly and service is great.

Great coffee and the lady at the window was very kind! Overall great experience, although the drive through was a bit hard to navigate but that is not their fault.

Please reward Becks as she was absolutely a bright spot in my day today. Despite a very busy crowd of high volume (due to a nearby store being closed due to striking workers), she was extremely cheerful and pleasant during my time in the store. I will absolutely come back to this location because of her. Please reward her for excellent customer service and a wonderfully cheerful attitude. Thank you, Becks! It had been a not very good day until my time in the store and you completely turned it around. :-)

Just had a really bad day. Got done crying my eyes out right before going through the drive-thru. Girl at the window cracks a joke and, while it may not seem like much, it made me feel better. Don't know if she intended to or not, but still means a lot to me. Left a generous tip as a thanks. Needless to say, service is amazing. The food and drinks were perfect as always. Other than the possible line you might have to go through both inside and outside depending on what time you go, there are no downsides. 10/10

PS. If you're the redhead girl who made the joke, thanks. And I really like your earrings.

Probably the best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had! The team goes above and beyond, and the young man at the register had a great energy that made my visit a real bright spot in my day.

We walked in with an order of 17 drinks and food. The staff was great! They took our order flawlessly and cranked it out. Didnt miss a thing! Thanks so much!!!!

I think we all should keep in mind, we ALL are short staffed. I’m thankful there are baristas working! I know it’s gotta be stressful with everyone depending on Starbucks for their morning *pick-me-up* and if that’s the case and you’re upset because “it’s too slow” then I think, making sure you leave in time, if you need to be somewhere at a certain time, it’s not their fault you’re running late or impatient, being impatient and *running late* is a personal problem—they all get there at 5 in the morning! I’m always happy with my coffee when I go, I don’t let myself get stressed out if the line isn’t moving as fast. Tip your barista! They deserve it!! If you don’t want to make your own coffee, show some compassion—aren’t we all in this together?

The employees here are a magnificent team. I am visiting from Seattle and live for Starbucks in the a.m. This coffee experience has been far above satisfactory. They are VERY welcoming and learned my name by day 3. I have a standard order that they were able to anticipate by day 3 of ordering here. They have gotten my order wrong exactly once in 11 days, which speaks greatly to their customer service - that is top notch! I can only say thank you for taking such great care of me!

I stop at this location almost every morning before work. The girls at the drive thru are always so nice. My drink is always made fast and delicious every time. To me this is the best location in town.

FAST, super friendly, wonderfully accommodating. Good quality. Starbucks can be hit or miss for me, but their classic iced was delicious. Not too sweet, not too bitter, just right.

Is one of the fastest Starbucks ever. Lady that took my order was nice to check on a certain sandwich for me. They were out and recommended a different sandwich which was a good choice. Just a good experience.

Someone cut the drive through line in the most blatant way around 9:10am today. Typically I’m cool, but the line is a solid 20 min wait in the morning and this person showed no respect for those of us who patiently waited up to that point. The Starbucks team took care of my order and apologized that it happened. I was hoping the line cutter would get served some justice for being so selfish, but Starbucks team found a way to relate to my situation and still serve the line cutter.

The staff are good people. Thank you for your generosity and for working during this challenging time. I didn’t get the chance to say thanks in person cause you guys are slammed. Thank you.

This is hands down the best atmosphere and crew around. Great way to start your day with this positive energy and a little caffeine.

Last time we went, there was only one worker in the entire building. She was working the drive through, making the product & also taking and giving out orders. We were very impressed that she was able to do so in such a timely manner!

Everyone here is incredibly friendly. I have been here two days in a row and they remembered my name (that may or may not be a good thing haha). A few people came back in with orders that were not what they wanted and the baristas quickly fixed them with no questions asked. It's a great place to study, read, or just sit for any amount of time.

Stopped in for 50% off frappuccinos. Tried the new caramel crunch. It was very good. Will definitely be getting it again. They were quick, very nice and made it a great visit.

This place is almost always busy. But they are efficient. Every time I do an online order it's correct and ready when it says it's going to be.

Never had any issues here, everything is always good. This recent time I was cashing in a freebie drink and had some modifications and they followed all of them ☺
