completely stock all the time, staff is very knowledgeable but today i went to drivethru window, my overall wait time was less than 12 minutes Thank you for servicing our Community

Over priced everything, but it is open 24-7. And lots of liquor but no smokes. What a bunch of hippies.

This cvs in Calumet City has horrible customer service. Whenever I pick up my prescription the experience is just terrible. Most recent the young Hispanic guy at the pickup window was very rude!. Did not greet, did not thank me, barked order to customers instead of asking. I blame management for hiring someone like that. Are you that desperate for workers that you hire lowly skilled people like this?? I only go here because it's the closest location. After this visit I will be contacting my health provider to see if there are other options besides cvs.

This pharmacy is horrible. Their lines are long, they don’t adhere to doctor orders and they should be closed and a new owner to care for community.

I have to select this store in order to get delivery. This is the worst pharmacy you will ever encounter. You cannot get to a pharmacy representative on the phone, you have to leave a voicemail. Good look with that. You will also hold on the phone for more than 25 minutes then experience a dropped call, as I suffered today. This is not the only bad experience I have had with this location. I reccomend that they close this one and let the other nearby locations take over. Other locations have great service. There is no correcting something that cannot be fixed. If there is anyone out there that can put this location out of its miserable status. I will join you to eliminate this disaster of an operation. If you are stuck having to use this location because you need delivery, I apologies for them to you for what you are going to suffer. Hate is a strong word, but I have to say, I hate having to deal with this store.
