I have to say, GFL does a really great job with my residential waste disposal & recycling needs and I have the BEST Customer Service Rep II, a Ms. Kirsten C. of GFL Environmental on the coast! But wait, do not think that I'm a Kardashian or some kind of Instagram influencer (yet!) I'm just a retired teacher who is so lucky for the professionalism of this Rep and the GFL company. Don't want to pull out and put back your bins? Pay a little extra for the backdoor service, it's worth every penny. Have a bulk pickup need? Give them just 24 hours notice and voila - broken Weber grill gone for only $35! Need new waste bins? Email or call and Kirsten will get it delivered! If you live in Delaware, GFL is a great place to take your waste! And yes, Kirsten C is the BEST! (Not related or a personal friend ...just a fan -- but not in a creepy way!)

I just want to say that as a business manager I truly appreciate the amazing response I receive when dealing with Kristy Chmelewski for Waste Industries services. We opened our store in September of 2017 and I have dealt with Kristy since then. She always responds to my emails with minutes of sending them to her. Kristy is very quick to cancel and restart my services as we are a seasonal business. You are very lucky to have her!

Our business has more trash and recycling than most, so it's very important to us that it's taken care of regularly. After seeking quotes from different companies, we decided to go with Waste Industries. I am glad we did; we have been SO happy with them. They never miss a pickup, the crew is always friendly, and our account manager (Kristy) is very responsive.

I recently moved to Delaware and was a little overwhelmed with finding all new services. I reached out to waste industries and Kristy could not have been more helpful getting me set up with everything! The pickup men are also awesome and very friendly (especially since we have a lot of things to get rid of since the move)! Great company to use!

Carole Hudgens has been our rep and she does an amazing job of helping resolve issues in and out of her scope. She has functional working knowledge of all aspects of her organization and can pull together the team to solve all topics from admin to operations. Waste Industries and the staff in Greensboro/ High Point are awesome to work with. They have been very supportive with our recycling programs and our Zero Landfill effort. We consider them to be a partner with our company in sustainability.

Kristy is phenomenal. She came out and gave us an estimate and saved us a few hundred dollars a year. She is outstanding. I am used to dealing grumpy old men, but her experience was delightful.

Excellent service, friendly workers. Grandkids were visiting and they waved to the drivers. Each one waved back and honked their horn. The kids were thrilled. I have seen the staff get out of the truck to pick up items that fell out of a garbage can. Guys are so nice. Love having Waste Industries as our garbage and recycling collectors.

GFL has been amazing! This makes the 2nd property that I have used their services at a student housing apartment complex in Greensboro, NC. Ginger is simply amazing and always there to help when I call her!!

I use to have they service for two year, they change your can if u need to, now I'm stay down in FL, using waste management... the trash can is personal ( I paid for it ) expensive. I wish to come back to the first state
