Staff very helpful and extremely pleasant and patient. I worked closely with Tyler Ruch and Noelle Market who were both so relaxing and competent with all my questions. I’m 75 yrs old and very intimidated by all new technology so it was very nice to have some staff put me at ease.

I have been a Verizon customer for 16 years and this was the quickest, most efficient and pleasant phone upgrade experiences I have ever had. I have been at Verizon stores in NJ, PA, NY, MD and as a new DE resident I was super impressed. Kadi was so personable, knowledgeable and ensured that all my information went through and there were zero issues. If you need a phone, upgrade or have questions ask for Kadi...she rocks!

Came in on a Wednesday afternoon that was not busy. Kadi welcomed me to the store and met my needs immediately. I needed a new glass cover for the front of my phone, having dropped it. She replaced the cover and explained the warranty that came with it. This location is usually a very busy one, and I was lucky that day.
