Stadium Way Apartments

Honesty I love this place it’s not too crowded and if you divide it up the rent is a really good deal plus utilities are included. Going from a place I had to pay rent PLUS utilities to rent/utilities INCLUDED is BOMB!! Me and my friends love playing volleyball and hanging out on the grass. We also like to chill in the game room and play pool. The NEW managers are amazing! The place looks completely different since they have been here and they are the sweetest people and also very helping! I also love the parking lot lol! I like to park my car away from others and the parking lot is a perfect/big area! Totally recommend y’all!

Stadium Way is a great place to live!! I love the layout of the apartments. I know in past years the WiFi has not been the best, but as I have lived here it has been great. This year each apartment has received their own routers and individual WiFi. This is just one example of the great management that listens to their tenants. Love the hot tub!! Love the clubhouse! It really is a great place to live, worth the price you pay. I recommend Stadium Way for any college student. !!

This place is awesome!! Made my first year at college a blast very social environment and management is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance team is on top of repairs and keeps the apartments working well. Being able to hot tub after a day on the slopes is also a plus, would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a good year at school.

Great place for a great price! Management are great and super friendly. I've never stayed at a student housing with such awesome managers! They are quick to fix any issues with the apartment. The only complaint is the wifi, it tends to be slow at times but im positive that's because everyone is using it. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I love this place Mary(the manager) is so on top of things and she's quick to fix problems it's super close to SUU and Walmart which is nice and it has a hot tub and a rec room and a nice outside area I definitely recommend living here

Amazing customer service and great management, if something needs fixing they will fix it right away

Loved these apartments! Wifi struggled a lot, and parking lot was sometimes filled to the brim, but I always found a spot. The Hot tub is year round. Management always took care of our requests quickly. And best of all the apartments are awesome for the price you pay! Definitely recommend!

I have lived at Stadium way and College way apartments for a few years now. The managers are very nice and considerate. The maintenance is always taken care of within a day. The internet is slow but works. The new parking lot is amazing.

Very social place

These definitely aren't the nicest apartments in Cedar, but they are close to campus and are a super social environment! Managers are usually quick to reply to concerns, there's plenty of parking. Internet is usually slow.

Private rooms are small, but that's what you get for college housing! You will hear everything going on at your neighbors apartments, next door and upstairs or downstairs, which can be annoying.

I lived here for a year and a half. It was good it is a really social place to live and a great place to meet people the only downside was the fact that the internet was really bad.

If you're a college student that enjoys over paying on rent and slow internet, iced over sidewalks and stairs then Stadium Way is for you!

If you decide to rent an apartment here, beware. They will cheat you out of your deposit. The rooms are cheap so you will hear lots of noise from other renters. We had a mouse problem and they were not very concerned about doing anything about it. The worst part is that when my daughter checked out, we spent 2 solid days cleaning (because a few of the other girls just left without doing their part. The place was spotless when we left it... better than when we got it. Did we get a full refund? NO! Deductions for cleaning fees. Deductions for blinds that were "broken" and in a different girls room. They stole our money.

My advice is to avoid coming here. If you must, either kiss your deposit goodbye or video document everything as you enter the place and be VERY picky about everything, then video everything as you leave. Otherwise you have no evidence. They prey upon poor college students. Two thumbs down!

Do not rent here! My daughter has lived here for the past school year and we've had numerous problems from day 1. Management has done nothing about noise complaints. Repairs have gone ignored or been inadequately repaired. There was water coming out of one of the light fixtures in a bathroom that had supposedly been fixed and then caused flooding in the apartment. Management has entered the apartment multiple times without notice or consent. When they do enter there is nothing more than a quick knock before coming in. After repairs equipment has been left leaving bathrooms unusable. Fridge was freezing food and not fixed. Hvac wasn't working properly and was ignored one of the showers was broken for over 2 weeks. Most tenants stop reporting things after a while because it's obvious they won't be taken care of but then they are chastised for not reporting. Management also seemd to consider weeks of things not working a timely repair window. Given the amount they have increased rent for run down apartments with barely liveable conditions I don't know why anyone would live here! It definitely seems that they are taking advantage of the age of their tenants and the housing shortage in Cedar City right now.
