I went to the store thinking that my phone needed a new charging port and to my discovery. It was just a bunch of lint and dirt in the charging port, and the problem was diagnosed so fast and the person I had helping me was very professional knowledgeable I love this place and I would 100% recommend it and go back, they definitely have my business forever. Definitely bring your phones here. Anyone who had a bad time probably is one of those people like a Karen.

These store is so technologically savvy. I was so impressed with the accuracy and speed that they replaced by broken phone screen!! I would highly recommend this store to all My friends!!!

Batteries Plus made every effort to fix my old iPhone 6, but they were ultimately unsuccessful. I was impressed, because even though my phone did not get fixed they refunded my money without question. I wish my phone could have been fixed, but I am thankful that these professionals maintained high standards and did not attempt to charge me anyway. I remain a loyal customer.

Excellent service!! Had the battery in my iPhone 6 replaced in under 30 min. Much better than driving 2 hours to the nearest Apple store.

Very professional in/out service. Replace battery on an I-phone very reasonably priced. Once, I got home I realized the battery was covered under an existing warranty with AT&T Store. They were nice enough to refund my money no questions asked. Customer service A+++ They also replace CAR F.O.B.s

I went to the Batteries Plus in Elizabethtown, KY to have the screen and battery replaced on my son's iPhone 6. They had the parts in stock and told me they would have it ready that day, even though I was a walk-in. They ended up having it fixed in about an hour. They were fast, competitively priced, professional and friendly. I recommend them.

I was satisfied with both the service and the repair. Knowledgeable, friendly staff helped create an pleasant experience. Easy parking and timely repair to my iPhone enabled me to "not miss a beat". I will return for other needs in the future.

I was a little reluctant to change my iPhone battery. However, Batteries+ did an excellent job. Store associate Rebekah had my iPhone battery changed and ready to go in less than an hour.

I scheduled an appointment to get my screen replaced and was in and out and was able to pick my phone up just an hour later, despite the huge line that was in front of me! Not to mention my screen looks and functions like it’s brand new! Such great service and customer service!

I was very impressed on how thorough they were when looking the phone over before they fixed it. My daughters phone was pretty trashed and they were still able to replace the screen and make it look brand new again. Will definitely go there for all my phone repairs!!!!

I was having trouble charging my Google Pixel 3a so I brought it in to be examined. While the attendant said they normally don't work on Google phones, he'd take a look. In just a few moments he discovered a piece of pocket detritus wedged in the port which was causing poor contact. Thanks so much!
