We had a problem with our welder. I can weld some but know next to nothing about how to troubleshoot a welder. I thought we needed a new feeder hose for the wire welder and said as much but was informed that the problem was probably not near as bad as we expected. Not only was I not overcharged for what I thought I needed but the gentleman there offered to install the correct part for us after cutting it to fit. They also helped with advice that was very much needed about settings and hints that were put to good use as we quickly finished the repairs on our dock with one day to spare before the fourth of July weekend. Even though the welding shop is hard to find, take the time to Google their location if you want good, honest and friendly help.
