I am from an Irish family on both sides we eat breathe and live corned beef cabbage and potatoes I have tried corned beef from all over the world this has got to be one of the best. They have an amazing curing process and the finished texture is firm yet buttery you can cut it with a plastic fork. I am a customer for life.

The employees are polite and very helpful. Wigley's has the best corned beef!!! You can get your brisket lean, with some fat, or regular fat. I recommend some fat! Flavors the meat with less shrinkage than the regular fat briskets.

We shop at Eastern Market often for the past 20 years. Wigley’s has the best corned beef. Hands down. Fast service even on the Saturday before St Patty’s Day.
