Colleen is the office manager and she has always gone above and beyond for making sure that I am taken care of. Even on the weekend, she gets the job done. Not to leave out Mr. Jeff Hall, who has been reliable in delivering my equipment to me. I sincerely appreciate their hard work and going the extra mile. I especially appreciated the extra effort during the pandemic to keep me healthy!

Gary was very kind & helpful. He’s value added to your company!! In otherwords, a real keeper.

Jeff was an excellent tech and gave us a detailed explanation of how to use our equipment. And was patient with us in repeating parts we didn't understand arrived when they said.

They were on time, also was very good explaining and making sure I understood and to use and maintain the equipment.

Wonderful and caring gentleman Gary. Very easy to understand directions . Very personable.

I have recently changed services and I was just told that there policy is they only deliver oxygen tanks once every 90 days 😳 and you will have to make the trip to exchange, I did not imagine this or I would have stayed with lincare. I have had other issues with the tech...

Terrible company and experience. Received a collection letter in the mail yesterday saying Rotech has been sending letters and bills for payment. Never received any letters or bills at all! Used them over 2 years ago and was told my balance was zero. Now, all of the sudden I owe them money. Find another place for your oxygen needs. They ignore you when you call and will not pick up their oxygen tanks and they keep charging you for nothing. ZERO STARS FOR THESE THIEVES!

Agree on customer service. Sat around a whole day waiting on a delivery of oxygen only to be stood up. Couldn't get a hold of anyone until today and found out we were on the delivery list. Driver just didn't care to deliver. Now we wait until Friday or go pick it up ourselves. Never offered to rectify the problem. Terrible.

My father has received no help from these people. Worst customer service. Disregard for the person's health. They tell him to pick up his CPAP, he gets there, " we do not have a CPAP for you" . No explanation. Avoid this company if you want results.

Worst possible company to deal with. Customer service has absolutely no answers to anything. Avoid this company.

Customer service has no meaning with this company. Every time I have a billing question or issue I have been unable to get assistance. Each departments reply is “I can, help you with that you need to call this department. Four calls later you are referred back to where you began and still no answer.

My spouse had met his out of pocket and had a horrible time getting bill resolved
