Worked for lincare for a long 7 months a few years ago. Fastest turn around I’ve ever seen at an employer. That includes retail. They don’t care about their employees or their customers. It’s all about the money. You want a work life balance? Don’t work for this company. They don’t believe in it. When I was there management was nothing but past favorite employees. None of the people I worked under was qualified for their positions.

This company is a fraud and should be shut down.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Out of all the companies I have worked for, Lincare ranks #1 worst company to work for. Very under-staffed and work the employees they do have like a slave, with very high expectations of getting the work completed. If not you will be mandated to work overtime. All Lincare cares about is you, the employee reaching them numbers by the end of the month. Training sucks! You basically are going to sink or swim because there's no proper training. Management is a pure joke and all need to be fired and a new team needs to be brought in who can help the company, because right now Lincare has a very high turn around. People are quitting left and right! They are the worst! 👎🏾👎🏾

I worked here horrible company to their employees horrible company they will literally call you in the hospital to come to work against doctor's orders horrible to the customers they will charge for equipment never received or unable to use they will harass them with calls until well after the equipment is returned or even if the person is in the system as passed away. Don't let me get started on how there are no black/brown managers or supervisors in the whole company.

I apllied here more than once, finally had. Interview. I was after sent a email as hired on. I had a drug test to finish . I checked daily for a notification. I saw one on the day of the,test bracet expiring at midnight . The email provided a number to call if there were scheduling problems. I did that and was referred back to the hiring manager. I couldn't get a hold of her so I left a message. I then proceeded to call the general office to come in contact with any other management. There was no luck . I ,everyday after that tried to reach someone. I got ahold of a receiptionist who said she would relate the message. Long and behold the hiring manager was out the entire week. The lady that was left in charge finally answered her phone to tell me that I'm permentaly disqualified. I told her but I called the 1877 number before it expired . She went on to say she tried to call me , I have no records of her calling me at all ,matter of fact I was so anxious I had the phone on me at all times waiting for a call . I want to say poor management and HR is also very poor at what they do . They should not provide a number to call, if it will not fix the situation. I was warned not to work here due to poor management and communication, I tried to be positive and found out the hard way . My advice is look at your emails, but go in person if you don't get the answer you need because the numbers or over the phone did nothing for me. Good luck *
