Needed a piece of equipment at 1:30 on a Saturday. The owner not only looked through his inventory, and saved the day for us, he was super nice and helpful throughout. He not only understood patient care, but provides great customer service while helping. Reminding us there are still good people willing to help.

Got a lift chair for my father in law from Happy Living. Eric and his staff were tremendously helpful and informative. They didn't try to get me to buy the most expensive chair but rather the best chair for our needs. I would highly recommend Happy Living Medical to anyone shopping for a lift chair or other medical supplies.

We appreciate Eric's expertise. We were primarily interested in a lightweight electric wheelchair with the emphasis on lightweight.
With what we purchased, at 40lbs with the battery in, I (127lb weakling) can collapse it down and hoist or ease it into the car.
Perhaps we could have paid less had we bought it online however, the advice, time saved and being able to try it out was worth it. Have already taken it on a "walk " today

Went in to Happy Living after my mother-in-law tore her meniscus. We were not certain what to get to make her recovery as comfortable as possible in her house. Eric was super helpful and knowledgeable and he informed us of our options. The items we walked away with were crucial in her safety and recovery and we would not have thought about many of the scenarios we discussed at Happy Living. Eric is great. He takes lots of time to explain things in detail. He helped us figure out what was the best fit. I brought my grandpa in here to get a lift chair and he explained things so well and really knows what he is talking about! Will definitely get all future medical supplies from here! Best customer service in the ones around town!

I have bought quite a few things there.The employees are very friendly & helpful. The biggest thing that I bought, was an electric recliner for my husband. You can put it in all kinds of positions. He loves it. They brought the new chair, and took away the old chair. We also rented a lift for my mother from them. We are so lucky to have Happy Living Medical Sales in the Northland.

Eric was extremely helpful in our finding the right lift chair. He was very knowledgeable about the chairs as we needed one that would be good for the length we required. Took his time answering all our questions. Delivery was very fast. Eric and his helper knew what they were doing and made sure chair was situated as we wanted it. I've been to this local store several times. Yesterday we stopped to look at walkers with a seat - they had the perfect solution AND reasonably priced. We noticed lift chairs and again found the perfect option for us and again with a good price. I'm going back today to purchase. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and really wants to help. I recommend this store and will return myself the next time I need something they carry.

Eric met us at the door with a big friendly smile and immediately took us to the big selection of wheelchairs that they had ton showroom floor. A great selection of various sizes , types, and Heights. We were able to find exactly what works for my mother who is 86 years old and needs a wheelchair everyday. I would recommend this place for anyone that's looking for professional crew and Bridget is the one that finished us up and we walked out the door with all our purchases within half an hour. We have been going here four years. The supplies are excellent quality. The people care and order what we need if it’s not in stock. We are senior citizens and are treated with respect . They share clear information about questions we have or tell us who to ask. They do not rush us. First choice for supplies. Great place!
