Walked in, but they were very busy at that time. The girls had me sign up for a text alert when I could be fit in. It was super easy and convenient for me. Mary was friendly and did a wonderful job on my hair. I highly recommend the Great Clips in the Retreat Village in SSI.

LaRica is amazing. I don't like to use products in my hair. My hair is thick and unruly. It actually looks good after she cuts it. She is very friendly and remembers my kids when I go in. I had my hair cut last night. I just woke up this morning and my hair is perfect. 😎😁🤩 Thank you, LaRica!!!!

Lauren is really good. She takes her time and genuinely tries to please you. She's only been out of school about 6 months, and she enjoys her job, which makes all the difference!

I am in and out so quickly and my hair is trimmed with perfection. Friendly staff as well. Ioy payabout $5 to $10 for a simple trim. Quit wasting your money at places like Denae Daniels or Blush Salon where they charge $50 a trim and the owners don’t use that money on a gym membership.

It was fast and she did an amazing job on my hair. I usually don't trust people with my hair and I'm glad I went to Great Clips! Charity you did a awesome job.

We do not give out coupons in store. All our coupons are mailed out through a mailing list. We ask the customer who has a coupon from the mail they are bring them in with them. We keep record of how many we get and staple to the receipt. We DO NOT take printed out or phone coupons. As for managers. They have things other than being on cutting floor. If anyone ever has an issue please ask for the manager if she/he is in. If not in leave your name and number they will get back to you.

I really like this Great Clips. Wait is usually short and I can get an good high fade which is surprisingly hard to come by outside of the military. I actually see a lot of women there too.
