Liberty Tax

Excellent experience and complete relief after doing my own taxes for years. So happy I had Liberty do the work. They exhausted every avenue to find every possible deduction and they have educated me on ways to find further deductions. This is the third year I have used this office and my return is several thousand dollars higher than when I did it on my own. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable, including those not associated with my file. When I called with a question, they got my file and was able to answer quickly. Highly recommend this office.

I was very pleased with the help received from Gina (spelling?) from the Arnold/St John office…she quickly and efficiently corrected a problem I had through another area Liberty Tax office.I am very pleased and appreciative of the assistance she offered this morning.

Liberty Tax is the Best!!!!!!

used them last year was ok took hours for some reason . this year using turbo tax less than 30 minutes and was almost done needed some info from them and have been trying for over a day to get some info i keep being put on hold and told "ill get a call later"

Please go somewhere else.
Worst experience. Run by husband and wife very friendly and they can talk but do not know how to file, will make to think you are getting a certain amount but after you pay them and they file you get a letter from IRS and 20% of the money which was filed.
It's just not me either my brother in law had the exact same experience.
So read the reviews and believe that they are so correct.

Barry is piece of work and this is a Useless place- Lost all my documents 1 week before the filling deadline and not even an apology- Unprofessional .Please dont waste your time and money. You are better off filling yourself or not filling. Never ever seen a business that is as awful as this !!!!!!!

They are expensive and they messed up my taxes. They said they have a new computer system that is not working right. I am still waiting for them to do an amended return because they haven't fixed their computer system yet. They didn't even call to tell me the system wasn't working. They told me once I arrived that they couldn't do an amended return yet.

Save the headaches. Go somewhere else. Poor communication and unprofessional.
