Dillard's

Big thank you to Madeline in the Women's Department. She directed me to the Slim Factor section, where I found the PERFECT leggings. It is so nice to encounter Dillard personnel who are familiar with the store's merchandise. Thank you, Madeline! And Fiona! Great customer service!!

I don’t typically shop at Dillard’s, but decided to wander in. I was randomly looking at items in the men’s department, and a store associate, by the name of Barbara Schieber, dropped everything she was doing & walked over to greet me. I cannot begin to say how that made my day. She was so sweet, and I purchased items that I wanted. The added bonus was they were on sale. I will be returning just b/c of my great experience with Ms. Barbara.

I was here in January for my birthday. Montell was very personable with my sister and I. Helped us rang up our purchase when we were being ignored by the sales person in the jewelry department.

Franka saved me and my wedding day by giving that extra special care!! She found my dress 4 days prior to my wedding, she is the BEST!! Thank you!!

Tyrell is a king!! I asked for so many shoes and sizes and he happily grabbed everything for me, checked on me, and made sure my space was clean and comfortable. Thank you soooo much Tyrell!

I went to two Dillard’s one was to look for makeup ti cover a scar on my forehead. The staff was honest and didn’t try to just sell me something. No success in that area. So, I visited another Dillard’s. Great deals on scarves and other items I needed. The second store was their Clearance Store(West Oaks Mall). There I found clothes for $2.99- $4.99.

Ms. Jacqueline in the fragrance department is the bomb!! She is so friendly and helpful. I enjoy shopping for new fragrances and always look for her when going to Dillards.

Barbara in the men's department helped me put together three outfits. It took some time getting the right fit. I appreciate her patience and input helping me look good for an upcoming event.

Walked in looking for a black button up and ran into employee, Esther Grimont, she was very helpful and led me directly to what I was looking for, very welcoming, easy to talk to and kept a smile on her face. Best customer service I’ve seen in a long time!

OMGAWD THIS IS HOSPITALITY ON ANOTHER LEVEL! Robert Roxie and Steve Altamonte mall Dillards are store sales agents that you would wish for. I was looking for a comforter and they provided me endless options! The opened the comforter and laid it out that I can imagine it on my bed. They were so freaking nice like the folks use to be in the old days. I am going back to get my JQueen Black and Gold Comforter because they convinced me that this is the one for me! They were so loving caring and knowledgeable that is like extraordinary on steroids! We talked about the experience all the way home! They should be supervisors or owners or something they have the Ultimate CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!

Yulanda in the upstairs lingerie department made our shopping experience really fun! We had just dealt with a rude cashier downstairs, so we were silently going to write off this specific location. But Yulanda was such a joy. She really knows how to make customers feel welcomed, and she's a great conversationalist!

Pleasant Store, I enjoy shoes, European clothing, beddings, kitchenware from Dillard’s. Costumer service is top notch. Employees do try their best to make sure you get your money worth visiting this location. Kudos…..

I had a wonderful experience at this store over the weekend at their Edge Cosmetics Grand Opening Event. The Sales Associates and Store Manager was so helpful in helping me find the right make up for my sensitive skin. They showed me Juice Beauty Cosmetics that is perfect for me. I love this brand now. Great Customer Service!

I’ve bought a few fragrances from here over the years because the staff is so nice and not pushy. Recently I bought a cologne for my husband for Father’s Day and I had to return it because he didn’t like it. I took it to the Florida mall and before I could get my sentence out the lady said nope we will not take it back even though I had just bought it a few days prior. So I called the Altamonte Dillards where I bought it and talked to Jacqueline. When I say she went above and beyond to make sure we were able to exchange the cologne and get a new one she was just incredible! Very welcoming and very hospitable. I think I will only shop at this Dillards from now on.

My girlfriend and I came in to look for woman’s fitted suits and Joyce was very helpful giving us so many options to chose from. She was so kind and has very good customer service!

Today was my wife’s 50th birthday and I was in a dilemma finding her favorite perfumes. I called and spoke with Jacquelyn in the perfume section and she said you guys had what I needed. When I got there she wasn’t at the counter but had left word with the security guard that I was on my way. The security guard knew my name and went and got her. Jacquelyn went above and beyond helping me out today. She did the best gift wrapping for me. My wife cried she was so happy. Do the world a favor and give that lady a big raise and a hug from me.
