Awesome store for all of your outdoor needs! Staff is so genuine, nice friendly and Helpful ! They don't try to just sell you they help you! . Kudos to the Cycling dept. Devlin and Ahmed both so knowledgable and helpful. Made the Purchase of my first E-Bike so easy.

Love this store, got all the items I wanted and a few I didn't even know I needed, lol. This store was, treated me like a friend they hadn't seen in a while. Great staff. I got a pair of hiking shoes that I LOVE. I never had to break them in! They are REI brand. Wore them to the store yesterday and found a GREAT looking hat with fall colors that look like maple leaves. Also got a nice set of knives for a Christmas present. Really great store, a little something for everyone and they will order anything. I also love that I am a lifetime member since I got the membership ages ago. And honestly, I cannot remember anyone ever being excited about the return of a pair of sneakers that just didn't quite fit. Loved them, just not quite wide enough. The hiking boots came in wide width and I have enough room for 2 pairs of socks! LOVE THAT. They even have this little mountain track so you can see what the shoes will feel like on an incline or downhill. Fantastic.

Friendly staff, great location, and amazing gear and clothing as always! Lots of bikes and good options for water sports.

Ivan is extremely friendly and made himself available to assist us. He was also very aware of our surroundings and noticed something that needed staff attention at an exit.

We attended the Grand Opening today to a fanfare of friendly and enthusiastic staff!!!!!!!! I've been an REI member for over 30 years and greatly enjoyed our visit. Beth, from the Columbia, SC store, helped us with our purchase. While there, we met other friends from the Palm Beach Gator Snow Ski Club, Pack and Paddle and other groups!!! We live about 40 minutes away, but we'll be making the trip to visit this store!!! HOWEVER, I think an 11am opening time is too late for people with an active lifestyle.

This is a beautiful store that is so thoughtfully laid out. The staff is amazingly helpful, but does not hover. If you're looking for equipment for any type of outdoor experience, start your search here. You won't be sorry.

I had the nicest cashier before they closed. The gentleman was kind and super informative on the membership. $30 one time for lifetime? Of course I’m in. Knowing that REI offers classes and endless information for travelers is very convenient. I was also very pleased to experience an encouraging staff communicating so kindly to each other and supporting each other on sales. A community like this is so important for success. I’m proud to be a customer!

Join the membership, It's hella worth it. They have great products at reasonable prices. They do bicycle repairs here and have camping and other outdoors classes as well. Service is amazing to boot.

I've visited this REI store many times and every visit has been pleasant. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. David has helped my boyfriend and I on separate occasions to find the perfect shoes. He went out of his way to bring other options that were on sale and used his extensive knowledge to help decide which pair of shoes is best for our needs. Keep up the great work REI team!

This store is a gem! Hubby got me a paddle board for my bday and I couldn’t be happier with the gift. Store staff was attentive and welcoming. Shout out to Age who helped with the purchase.

Great customer service and a large selection of outdoor items. I finally made it to this location recently and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of items they had in stock and the variety. The bike shop and kayak selection were great too. I have been a Co-op member for nearly 10 years and it is exciting to have an excellent store in South Florida.

Nastasia is amazing, she searched the store up and down to find the raincoat I loved in my size… Devlin (in camp gear) is also super cool and helpful. Both of these employees are a great asset to the REI brand.

Stopped by the PGA REI yesterday for the first time yesterday to make a return for items purchased online. Took a tour of the shop after because it's huge and has a good selection of equipment and apparel. Ended up purchasing another item there using a member discount. The staff were very helpful, informative, and kind. This is the most pleasant retail experience I've has in a very long time. Glad to be an REI member!

REI is fantastic. Sort of like going to Disney. The people there always display extraordinary helpfulness & friendliness. Want to give a special shout out to Cory at the PB Gardens store who helped me today and was incredible. Made me want to keep coming back to this kind of environment for shopping.

Great place to stock up before your adventure in Palm Beach Gardens may even farther down to the keys, really cool kayak selection!

The best REI around. got fitted for a backpack, super easy process. wish i could remember the guys name he was awesome!
