Starbucks

I have been going to this Starbucks for close to 4 years. The ladies are so talented, and professional and absolutely amazing at making my drinks! They are knowledgeable about different drinks and what I can or cannot have and will need to substitute due to diet restrictions. Ms. Amy is always such a bucket of sunshine and NO ONE can make my drinks as well as she can! Ms. Katie, is so kind and funny and I love to see her smiling face In the morning. These two people and the rest of the crew make this Starbucks the best one to go to 100%!!

I'm a frequent visitor here and occasional customer, just have to send a shout-out to Topaz, Kalea, and Albus. Quite possibly the best customer service and just genuine friendliness I've ever experienced. Always super sincere and very thoughtful. They truly do make this place and just the vibe incredibly welcoming. Keep up the great work everyone!

Update 04/21/24: I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Victoria, Ethan, and Elijah for their hard work, generosity, incredible customer service, and humanity. They kick butt every day and even when dealing with difficulties they do it with a smile. Keep on being awesome guys!

The bacon, egg & gouda cheese breakfast sandwich was awesome & fresh cooked at 2pm in the afternoon🥚🥓🧀 😋 Hot Mocha drink was great also ☕

I love Starbucks! Great place for casual business meetings. Usually quiet and clean. Great coffee too.

Every morning that I come to this Starbucks the team is incredibly friendly and I leave with a smile. Today was no different. My day was off to a rough start, but I immediately perked up at the sight of dinosaurs in the window (they’re my favorite!) My husband chatted with Katie and told her she’s my favorite and always makes me smile, and then told her how much I love dinosaurs. She proceeded to give me a dinosaur, which now lives on my desk at work, and then I got an extra surprise when we were pulling away and I saw the glittery dinosaur sticker on my cup. Thank you for making my mornings more than a coffee stop, it’s always an uplifting experience!

***UPDATE: Second visit this week and the dinosaurs are still in the window, but today’s specialty was dinosaur JOKES! Absolutely made me day. Thank you Katie!!!

They were out of the drink I wanted, but the worker had a suggestion on how to make a similar drink. Also, had a suggestion on my bakery item to redeem (I didn't see the one I specifically wanted) and warmed up my pumpkin muffin. It was so good! I enjoy going to this location. The biggest struggle is the giant hill when entering off of 135.

Nice place for a cup of Joe. First customer of the day, and the tables had not been wiped from previous night. Coffee was good and hot though.

I’m not a fan of the lavender drinks though however love Starbucks

Great store with a drive through! My girlfriend is always ordering secret menu drinks with way too much ingredients and they still pull it off great!

Best customer service around. I am obsessed with the peach green tea lemonde!!!

We arrived within 10 minutes of closing and they were great! You would think it was the middle of a shift instead of the end - super friendly and great big smiles - Thank you, we needed it!

Very nice baristas here. Decent size outdoor space. The interior is vastly improved with new teak tables and chairs.

I was in town for a meeting and went through the drive-thru for an obligatory PSL. It was made quickly and perfectly. No line surprisingly at 12pm. My drink was delicious and I will be coming back the next time I visit Greenwood. BTW, so happy there is a light to turn left out of your location! 😅

Love the drive thru cashier super friendly which is far and few between now days. Can't remember the young lady's name, it started with an R very personable and professional. Will definitely stop here when I go to my doctor appointments from now on. Tried the Paradise drink, and if you love pina collada's this is a MUST TRY

I love this Starbucks! When I am up early in the morning, I come get me a drink and sometimes my 2 year old (non caffeine) and they always in a good mood! I love how they are only a few minutes away and I always have a wonderful experience! They are like my new best friends! If I could give a 10 out of 5 I would!

The woman working the drive through window was friendly but not over friendly like some of them have been acting lately. It was nice. My coffee order was on point. Thank you!

Waited almost 45 minutes here today. They were under staffed, had people getting mad about the wait. But I did not mind one bit. Because I love this Starbucks and how friendly they are. So who ever reads this today, that works here, keep your head up high
It was buy one get one free. That alone would annoy me. If I waited in any other one, I would be mad. But I will never be disappointed in this place. Each time I got nothing but good things to say.

Rachel was extremely kind and professional while someone in drive asked them to remake a drink not once but three times. Some people are overly difficult or take it out on the baristas when they're having a bad day and it's disgusting. The barista was extremely sweet and apologized over and over.

My order was also fairly complicated, it came out perfect the first time just like it always does. Be nice to your baristas.

Love this location, the staff are always friendly and will learn your name and order quickly. They sell hot and cold coffees and teas, as well as bottled juices and water. Hot and cold options for food as well, both sweet and savory, even some vegetarian options. Using their app lets you earn points toward freebies, pay at the counter, and order ahead for in-store or curbside pickup.
