Wickersham Park

Beautiful park in Petaluma with a variety of beautiful trees and trellis rose bushes planted by the city and maintained by Petaluma Garden Club members . The Garden Club is celebrating their 100 year anniversary this year, 2024.

One of my favorite places to sit in a wonderful neighborhood park

Best park in Petaluma for relaxing, reading, meditating, etc. Always a bench in the shade by day, well lighted for evening book time, and it's quaint. Looks like a 1940's necking park, which is about right since it was built in 1939. It's also an unmarked arboretum. Test your tree knowledge!

No dog leash required. Best dog park!
No signs posting leashes. And tons of people from morning till night running their dogs out there, no leashes! Hidden gem.

Nice neighborhood park. Plenty of shade and benches for relaxing outdoors. 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month the Slackliners Club sets up some free & fun activities.

I really love how much room there is to just lay out a blanket and listen to the waxwings in the tips of the alders.

Well uh. Good place to ask your old lady to marrybyou like i just did, and my dog loves popping there too.
