Cucina Paradiso

This place does not disappoint! The food is absolutely delicious. If i have to chose, my favorite was the homemade ravioli. The veal is good too (especially the potato on the side). Both appetizers are so fresh. The carpaccio was sliced to the perfect thickness... Everything honestly was chef's kiss.

Came here on a Thursday night and so glad we made a reservation. The place is packed by 7pm, but not loud; as it is a classy establishment, dressing up is not a must but doesn't hurt to dress to impress.

This is going onto my "must visit" restaurant when I visit Sonoma County!

Picked up the ham I ordered 3 years ago from Caulter Thickwacker's Hogatorium up there on Slingback Ridge, it's been hanging in his block house since Feb. 2021, and should be perfect for Christmas. Three years out you gotta order these things cause he only does about 50 of them and Man-O-Man are the good! They cost a pretty penny but they're well worth it, just like the food you get from Cucina Paradiso on the north side of Petaluma Blvd.
Real authentic Italian cuisine isn't hard to come by...if you know where to go, and for me, it's Cucina Paradiso right here in Petaluma. Today I only had time for a quick lunch so I asked for some Italian sausage with polenta...it was spectacular! ☆☆☆☆☆

This place is a little gem in downtown Petaluma. The only thing holding it back is maybe the prices are a we bit high. The bruschetta is delicious, as well as the veal saltimbaca. Orders the Natale off their drink menu and I would highly recommend this drink if you are a fan of vodka and champagne together, my wife had a gin and tonic she was pleased with her drink as well. I forgot to take pucites of the main course, but I got some of the drink and appetizer.

First time being at this restaurant! My friend highly suggested it so we came upon their opening In the morning on a weekday. It quickly filled up with many people. I could tell this is a popular place! Service was exceptional! Food was presented beautifully, well prepared, bursting with flavor!🍒

It was only a few minutes walk from the parking structure to the restaurant. At the seat outdoor, you could enjoy the breeze and the view of the river.

We really enjoyed the appetizers and our dishes. It’s one of the Italian restaurants that I would like to come back again. However, I personally would not recommend the dessert because it was the only point that disappointed us (too much brown sugar for the crème brûlée). Other than dessert, everything was great!

Nice decor, comfortable, with outdoor dining. Enjoyed the two appetizers a lot, grilled eggplant with burrata, refreshing. Sauteed calamari was delicious, good tomato sauce. The duck ragu pasta was pretty good, interesting pasta. The veal was average, too thin cut, however, the sauce was very flavorful, great job. Desert was so so. Good service!

I recently went back home for a week and ended up coming to Cucina about three times, somewhat unplanned but grateful to have had the experience. They have done an incredible job with outdoor seating and being right along the riverfront. Their tent and heating was wonderfully appointed and ensured that we were kept warm as the night grew a bit colder. The bread and olive oil that come with the meal is exquisite and I would surely fill up on it if I didn't stop myself. While dining there, I had tiramisu, pasta with clams, cream puffs, pork tenderloin, and the antipasto. All of it was delicious and filling with some to take home. I would easily come back given the easy of reserving a table, outdoor ambiance, and quality of food..they definitely have the perfect combo there!

I really liked the food. The staff were nice. There were a lot of people at the restaurant. I sat outside and had a nice view of the river!

Wonderful little place. We sat outside by the river. Omar took great care of us. We had a bottle of Lombardi Pinot Noir…excellent. The barrel ages Manhattan was fantastic. Split Caesar salads. Also enjoyed rigatoni and lamb chops. It all was outstanding.

We live 2 miles away from the restaurant and for a variety of reasons we haven’t eaten here for over a year. We are regretting it today because we had a superb meal last night. Cucina’s reputation is well deserved because there is simply no better (mostly) Italian cuisine around. Truly, you can’t do better, no matter what you order. Don’t even think about any other Italian restaurant. We will be back very soon, and one only partially serious New Year’s resolution is to spend the next year ordering every entree.

This was not our first selection as our first couldn't seat our party. We were so happy we stumbled into this amazing Italian restaurant. The service was first class and the food was absolutely delicious! The prices are spot on and match the quality of food.

Favorite restaurant in Petaluma for so many of us. We go here for every occasion we can (and just to create a memory). The food has never faltered over the years and the location is comfortable for everyone. The seafood selection is always fresh and a great alternative for a lighter meal. The gnocchi has become a staple as an appetizer for the table.

We enjoy eating here when in Petaluma. Valentine's Day was busy, but we managed to have a late dinner. The food quality was not lacking. Service on this day was so so....

The Roasted Duck Ravioli was enjoyed while sitting in the riverside outdoor seating. The staff were friendly and efficient. We stumbled upon this restaurant and it was a fabulous choice! Excellent food and wine!

Food is really good!! Gnocchi is rich and yummy! Salad Paradiso was very tasty. Loved all the ingredients. Service and ambiance top notch.

I am not a big fan of focaccia bread but it tasted pretty good because they had caramelized onions melted into it. Very nice touch! It also went nicely with their yummy toasted garlic & olive oil based dip. I tried the Gnocchi Gorgonzola E Noci. It was very filling and loved the walnuts, but I still prefer Pesto Sauce with Gnocchi which I'm more used to since I was a kid. Overall, it was a nice experience here and we enjoyed it. The restaurant is very pretty and classy inside. I even loved their menu covering with the black and copper. Looking forward to someday eating in their back patio by the Petaluma River which looks very pretty for some al fresco dining. The service here is top notch and they treat their customers well. Would recommend.

The Filet was cooked to perfection. A great cut of meat. All the food at our table really good. Excellent service!

I love this restaurant. The food and bar are great and the Italian food is excellent. My friend and I love to sit at the bar and eat because of the action. It is always a fun evening!!!

Authentic Itallian food !
Whatever you will choose, be assured you will be served authentic Itallian food. Not the way US chefs cook, food will be made like an itallian mama (they run the kitchen in Itally) would prepare the food.
Highly recommend this place!
