I was looking to support a small business, that this 100 percent is. Service is ok. I wasn't to please they bent the pinch weld for where you use the factory jack with their floor jack. Other than that it's just an ok shop, not sure if I will use them again.

Not so friendly

I went to the other tire place on Northside drive and the man who helped me there has always been amazing and fast. I went to get my oil changed at the one across from el sombrero and ivory tower. Evidently the owner does not train his employees or require that they be ASE certified because we almost ended up without a car. the self proclaimed “mechanic” was supposed to change our oil but instead drained the transmission fluid out and did not replace that. Apparently he doesn’t know the difference between transmission fluid ( is red in color) and motor oil (brown in color). And I saw with my own two eyes a giant puddle of bright red fluid spill out from underneath my car. He claimed the bolt on the oil pan was too stripped even though the person before him changed it with no issues. So after he drained my transmission of its fluid then he overfilled my already full motor with oil, without even draining ANY of the old oil out. I bought 6 quarts for my car and he put 2 out of the 6 in there and said the reason was because he “couldn’t get all the oil out” but he actually didn’t get ANY motor oil out. I had to have another (actually certified) mechanic fix the damages he caused to my car (Which took him about 7-8 hours) that were NOT THERE before I came here. Oh and then the “mechanic” proceeded to flirt with me giving me his number and asking me I if wanted to go behind the building and smoke weed while my child was in the back seat and my husband was just there with me not even an hour before that. When I came back the next day I asked for a refund and the owner immediately started getting defensive and extremely confrontational and LOUD. The “mechanic” denied ever doing any of the damages that he caused, even though I had more than enough proof. So I had to get the police up there just so that I could get a $10 refund out of the $90 I ended up spending in total, including repairing what the “mechanic” oil boy messed up. I will NEVER EVER EVER come back here and deal with these people. Seriously, find someone else to take your car to, someone who actually trains their employees to do simple jobs like this. The pictures attached are only SOME spots of the major oil leak I had after leaving due to him majorly overfilling my motor with oil.
