Dairy Queen

I always have a good experience when we come here. We use the Drive Thru service. Our orders are quickly served and correct. I bring my dog to get her pup cup and she loves it!! My car not so much she makes a mess. However the people who work here are always courteous and professional. This place is about a 15 minute drive and their is a closer Dairy Queen but this place is my favorite.

Parking needs work. For the footprint of the store there really are not that many options for parking. Service here has been reasonably ok, but when we have stopped in it has been a little late so we could tell our welcome was limited.

Not one negative thing. Spotless from counter to dining room to bathroom. Super nice employees, good food. Thank you!

It may seem weird to rank Dairy Queen as five stars, but this location is like the original with food, cakes, and the whole shebang. And the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Felt like a throwback to simpler times.

My wife and I stop in every Friday and the employees are always pleasant. Food and ice cream is great and comes out quickly and correctly. Whole place, including restrooms is always very clean.

My family always loves to get all our ice cream cakes from Dairy Queen. One of the things I love is you can either pre-order them or you can pick one out from a large selection of cakes. The cakes come in 2 sizes that are a circle and they also have rectangular cakes. The staff is always helpful.

Blizzard of Girl Scout Mint Cookie for me, vanilla cone for Willow our dog. A great way to spend a warm spring day!! Seriously Blizzards are the best DQ invention since soft serve ice cream!!

I've eaten at this facility in Shepherdstown a few times, and not only is the place clean, but the service is quick, and the food is always fresh and hot.

Never crowded and friendly staff. Table service and free drink refills. A good place for fast food.
