Axel is one of the greatest human beings on earth. He was very helpful and informative when I came in with a flat tire. Had me in and out very quickly. Luckily these guys are proficient workers, or else I would have missed the birth of my first born child. Chris, the store manager even offered to give me a foot massage as I waited in the lobby. Overall excellent service from these guys. Axle is very handsome and Chris is also very handsome, just not as handsome as Axle.

I was there yesterday and I was quite amazed! Clean space, attentive employees Chris and Axel both quite welcoming! Even their conversations on incoming calls were friendly and inviting to wanting the customers to visit! As someone who does customer service this is weird to find specially in a place you go for tires or oil changes! I definitely plan on making this spot the place my husband and I use for our vehicle needs going forward! Thank you

Went in with a slow tire leak, found out it was a nail in-between the tire tread on an angle, so the tire wasnt salvageable. The employees here are awesome. They brought me into the workroom and showed me the problem firsthand. Also I must add that they have a viewing window between the waiting area/showroom floor and the workroom so you can actually watch the work being done, which is a plus in my book. They quickly replaced my tire and had me back on the road in under an hour. I highly recommend Mavis Discount Tire of Willow Street for your tire needs. 👍

Chris went above and beyond helping me decide on what tires best fit my needs. He got the job done in under an hour and checked my alignment for free! I will be back for all my service needs in the future

Called to see if they would be able to make a repair to a tire that was leaking air. They were able to get it in quickly and had the repair done in about 30 minutes. They were able to tell me what caused the leak, which no place has ever been able to do in the past.
