My family can’t believe the staff’s language at this location. The girls behind the counter….today…the three of them. Said the f word about every other word. My family was really shocked and offended. The North Face really needs new staff here.

I received a coat from The North Face as a Christmas gift. It is too small for me a n d looks identical to a coat I already own.

Unfortunately, my husband tries to control me by withholding money from me. He turned off my cc right before Christmas so that I was unable to buy the rest of my son's gifts AND Christmas dinner.

I tried to return the coat for cash (I HAVE THE RECEIPT) but they are refusing regardless of my situation. GREED!
