We were 1200 mile' from home visiting when my wife's cell phone stopped working. Thank God for Google that got us to the store. The girl, very intelligent, very professional, new right away what problem was: the SIM card died. She replaced it, and it worked perfectly. And she wouldn't charge for it either, or her time. I wanted to tip her, but she refused that toooooo!! God bless this wonderful girl ( my wife and I told her how beautiful she looked because she really is). And God bless T-Mobile. Thank so much!

Tatiana was great! A young woman who grew up here in Colorado Springs, she is knowledgeable and patient; she worked through two iPhone and two Apple Watch transfers for me. Very happy with her customer service and my mobile plan.

I came to this T mobile store after a non helpful experience at another store. This store was so friendly and helpful with all my questions and concerns regarding the T mobile and Sprint merger. Ashlee got me set up with a new plan and phones and the experience was easy and pain free. The atmosphere was very happy and they care about their customers. Much thanks to Ashlee and her staff!

This is a phenomenal t-mobile store. They have EXCELLENT customer service and a great team here. I've been working with Jacob at the store and this individual has gone above and beyond to help me get taken care of as a customer. He even convinced me to continue to stay with t-mobile especially with as great of customer service as he has shown. I'll definitely be back to this store specifically and I'll be referring friends and family to this store as well.

Great customer service. I was switching from Sprint to T-Mobile and I have worked with at lest 3 different employees at this location. Everyone I worked with was very professional and knowledgeable. Yes they are busy and yes you will have to wait a little bit but they will take care of you and everyone that else comes there.

The store manager Michael was by far the best customer service provider I have ever had! He’s very kind and very considerate, and he understood and handled everything me and my wife needed. I have never in my life, been given such professional, or such well guided assistance for any service. We came from Verizon, and he not only made the switch super easy for us , but saved us literally hundreds in bills each month. Even after we switched our service he continued to keep in contact and make sure everything went smoothly. The SIM card for my wife’s phone was not activating the day we switched, so we contacted him that night around 10 pm and he went into the store, and did everything he could to fix the small issue and made it super easy for us. I really wish there were more people like Michael for any service, or honestly just in general. Again me and my wife couldn’t be happier!

I went in today to set up my new phone, and while there, I received exceptional help from Jacob. He gave great customer service, and made the process so easy. I would recommend this T-mobile to anyone and everyone because of him.

My experience with this store was outstanding. The store manager, Kailey, was absolutely incredibly helpful and informative. She helped switch me and my family over from Verizon on the new military plan and save a lot of money and get a free tablet!!! She made the process very simple and was very sweet! I absolutely love this store and staff.

Amazing customer service, wonderful assistance, great deals, and fantastic service for military families!
After having a battle with Verizon for three straight days, I went to T-mobile to see if they could better assist me. Immediately upon walking in their service was 10 times better than Verizon. My husband and I are a military family returning from an overseas assignment of three years. My husband is still overseas and Verizon wouldn’t help me set up new phones without my husband being present. T-mobile immediately listened to the situation I was in and was beyond happy to assist me. Jacob was who I worked with and he was friendly, easy to talk to, and efficient. They set me up on a military plan with two new lines in less than an hour. They even helped me set up my new phone and show me some tips of how it works. I feel confident in their service and am beyond happy to suggest T-mobile to anyone looking for a new phone, especially military families!

I made the switch and I’m pretty happy! I worked with Zack and he super helpful, helped me figure out the best options for my needs. I would and HAVE recommended him specifically as he was knowledgeable and easy to work with. I met one of the managers as well and she was also very friendly. Overall this store was a positive experience - Thank you team!

Adan and Jacob were exceptional when it came to customer service and making sure I left their store with everything I needed. I bought 2 IPhones, and never having used one before they walked me through how to transfer everything from my Samsung to my new IPhone. They even offered to help if I had any issues in the future. I’d recommend anyone to see either of them, they were beyond great, and I really appreciate their willingness to be helpful and professional.

Made the stop at this location a few days ago because my phone was acting slow. The store manager Kailey was very informative and helpful with trying to fix my phone and help go over options. I decided to upgrade and Ashlee and Kailey worked great together In showing me new phone options and making the process very smooth and fast. I would definitely recommend this store over any other location in the springs!!

The best, nicest, most efficient staff EVER. Seriously, these guys can't be beat. They allow you to forget the headache of being in a cellphone store. I wanted to take some time to commend Ashlee, in particular, for juggling my mother, myself, and my boyfriend all getting new phones today. I'm not kidding when I say that this gal did it all, and remained incredibly kind and patient. There wasn't a single question she did not know the answer to. She went above and beyond, every single step of the way. She made several extra phone calls for our account and we were truly humbled. Ashlee, it's been a rough year for my family, and you made one of the most dreaded experiences not only easy, but fun. You're a wonderful sales associate. (Also a very important huge shout out to Michael, too, who helped my boyfriend and I out with being able to trade two cracked phones in. You saved me some tears, too.) Micheal was very helpful in getting me a replacement phone. I appreciate his patience in working with me during a difficult time. He let me use his personal phone and computer to update my account. I'm thankful he helped me get my account information and ordering a new phone easily. Look out for Micheal! :)

I had T-mobile in the past and was always impressed with their customer service. The past few years, I've had a different provider and was becoming increasingly frustrated with poor coverage and poorer customer support. Justin Gregory at the North Nevada store exceeded my expectations by being kind and patient as we attempted to switch my number to T-mobile. Despite my previous provider causing the process to become incredibly drawn out, Justin was helpful and proactive in working things out as smoothly as possible for me. He worked on getting me service for the better part of 2 days, even though it wasn't his fault, and I was really impressed with his willingness to go beyond what he needed to do to make sure I was happy with the service. I'd absolutely recommend this store and the people who work there.

La Tiffany at the T Mobile store at University Village was awesome. I was looking to switch providers as I was originally with Verizon and and wanted to take advantage of the IPhone promotion deal. Unfortunately the store was out of the new IPhone 11 and I was also leaving for a vacation two days later to France and wanted the new phone with a camera. Thankfully La Tiffany was so awesome she was able to find an IPhone 11 at another store outside the area for me and got it before I left for vacation. Needless to say I had an awesome experience and definitely recommend her to anyone!!
