La Baguette French Bistro

I was told to visit this place while in town and it did Ky disappoint! The mimosa, French onion soup and croque madam were absolutely delicious!! I would be a regular customer if I lived in town.

I love how different this location is compared to the others. Being served versus walking up to a counter is a nice option to have for dates and whatnot. The fact that they expanded their hours is really neat for night owls such as myself. The fondue is a must if you haven’t tried it yet.

Loved this charming place. The restaurant has a very eye appealing decor and pleasant atmosphere. The service was prompt and polite. Delicious coffee, outstanding French onion soup, and quiche.

Beautiful little French restaurant with delicious food! Betty was the most wonderful waitress! She made our visit very special. I highly recommend this place!

The waitstaff are impeccable! The atmosphere is divine! The cuisine is magnificent! What a wonderful surprise tucked away on N. Chestnut! You simply MUST experience La Baguette!

La Baguette's Chestnut Street location is probably its most charming and if you can eat a late lunch-- 1pm or later-- it won't be as crowded. Parking is tight but you can park on the street. Food is fresh, delicious, thoughtfully made. Their sandwiches all pair well with the French onion soup. Make sure you check their pastry selection. Ridiculous. Beautiful and so tasty.

This place surprised me. Excellent service, cute ambiance, and food was really good outside of one thing. My family all enjoyed their meals, and my French onion soup was excellent. The sausage breakfast Croissant.....well, the meat did not mix with the croissant. I will go back.

What an incredible place. We were nervous to go, but the service was so friendly and the food was incredible. Definitely try it if you're in the area!

I got cold chills after biting into the most authentic European soup and sandwich I’ve had since I left living on the border of France 15 years ago. I had a moment. Absolutely amazing restaurant and service. Holy hell every bite was better then the first.

so. good. got the cafe mocha and the french toast with fresh berries and good lord. the portion was a lot bigger than expected but that was phenomenal. the french dip sammy was so good too. the au ju sauce was nothing like i’ve tasted before. so authentic and rich. the vibe was great and the waitress was so sweet. i 100000% recommend this place, especially if you have a sweet tooth like me.

In early October, I was staying at a nearby hotel, and went to LaBaguette three mornings in a row. Great food wonderful service very nice ambience and generally a terrific experience. Nothing like a great French restaurant for breakfast! Le petite dejeunier.

First time in Colorado, first meal, definitely worth it. Their Baguette is just amazing! Tortellini absolutely delicious as well! Customer service is great.

Amazing little bistro with one of the best french dark roast coffee in the area. Other than the fake flowers on the tables, the decor is all around next level! Their menu is surprisingly ample considering it's a bistro but even better is the food! No usual heavy fat-laden typical French cuisine; perfect amount of herbs and spices. Definitely going back and trying other dishes. Highly recommend to get there before the noon crowd.

Love this place. Great food service and atmosphere. The French Onion Soup is a must get. Baguette and quiche were also wonderful.

One of the best caesar salads I’ve ever had, and the croutons that come on it are so good! Staff is always friendly and attentive, we went three times in one week- that’s how good it is. Love the selection and the dessert has been great as well- definitely recommend! ☺ Their hours are 0800-1500 instead of in the evening, likely because of the pandemic.

Nice and quiet, great food and no wait when everywhere else was 30+ minutes. Quiche, fondue, and French onion soup are delicious! The French toast with berries and whipped cream was piled so high with toppings, we couldn't believe it. They definitely don't skimp on the good stuff!

Update: I heard that ownership has changed. I went again about 3 weeks ago and the food was still the same and very friendly new staff. Definitely will keep going there if it stays like this.

One of my absolutely favourite little bistros/ restaurants. The Hashbrowns are the best I've ever eaten. Can't wait for covid to go away and have a nice glass of wine there in the evening with the beautiful decor and the french music ♥

We dined in at the Chestnut location on Saturday afternoon. We had a cafe mocha and a French dip sandwich that did not disappoint! Make sure to ask for the Bistro style dip so you can get the melted cheese in your soup! This truly felt like an authentic French experience and we will definitely be eating here again! Will try all three locations in Colorado Springs!

Wow what a place! Excellent spot for a date. Ambiance is just perfect. Come here on a Saturday morning and have the french toast. It has this orange zing embedded in it! Or, come on the few days of the week when they serve dinner and have their ratatouille! Never had that dish before and it tasted amazing. The bread pudding is the best dessert in my opinion. One of my favorite restaurants in the city! Great place to eat at if you can make time to go when they’re actually open!!!
