A New year but absolutely not a new time for a different BBQ Restaurant by any means! Bird Dog BBQ still has the friendliest and most prfessional staff, the finest tasty BBQ, and affordable prices. I just can't stay away, and if ever there was a time to break a New Year's resolution on my dieting, Birddog Barbecue is the time and place to start. 5 Thumbs Up!

Time for a BBQ update, and it's gonna be another winner! I was likely the 1st customer of the day and a bit early, but boy oh boy, was it ever fresh and tasty BBQ. I had been looking forward to this all rainy week long, and the Staff here does not disappoint. Friendly, professional, and always a 5 Thumbs Up event with these great BBQ folks. Staff here walks on water and eats fire in my book on Customer Service!

Hey pardner, this is the Gold Standard for local BBQ! This is the best real homemade BBQ anywhere locally. We have found the Holy Grail for our future BBQ, beans, and potato salad. Clean, sanitary environment that is well stocked with friendly and courteous employees. 5 Thumbs Up!

We are from SC and wanted good BBQ and tried this place. They have really good food here and a very friendly atmosphere. If we're ever in CO again we will definitely come back.

This place is a hidden jewel for sure. Very friendly people to help you make your decisions. Everything was great but the turkey was the absolute best I have ever had in my life, anywhere!

Outstanding "Oklahoma" style BBQ restaurant.  I was pleasantly surprised at the exceptional tenderness & flavor of their BBQ.  A big plus was their friendly staff.  We had the Pull Pork Sandwich with baked potato plus baked beans & the Sunday lunch special ½ lb. Ribs with macaroni & cheese plus fried okra.  Special shout-out for the Fried Okra as they said it was "made with LOVE" & it was delicious.

My bf and I came in with our 18 month old and we all loved it! The staff was so friendly and my son loved the dogs on the table! Best Mac n cheese ever

Oh man, probably one of the best BBQ joints in town. Mac n cheese is to die for, the are not shy with the pickles, the pulled pork was moist, brisket was juicy, the baked potatoes are out of this world. I need an IV of their BBQ sauce!! And the service was unbelievably hospitable and kind and personable. Can't wait to come down and be there for one of the events!!

The meat on the ribs was literally falling off the bone. literally. Just poked at it with a fork for most of it instead of using my hands because it was just that tender! The staff were also fantastic. Not sure if he was the manager on duty or what, but he was very friendly, energetic, and checked up on us while we ate to make sure all was well. Definitely recommend!

The service was top notch, the food was amazing, and we came in an hour before close. It was slow, but the staff was so fun and up beat. Wish there was more staff like them around, you don’t see people happy to be at work anymore.

Thanks for putting together a great Superbowl meal for 9 people in 10 minutes. You saved the day for us and everyone loved the food!

Out of all the locations this one seems to have the freshest food. The staff is amazing while it is a little hard to find it definitely is a hidden gem. The lunch specials run 7 days a week giving you a different option every day. As a point the bbq is amazing. The staff is amazing.

Of all the bbq options in town, Bird Dog is my favorite! They have delicious meat that is moist and wonderfully smoked. The flavor isn't overtly salty and their dedication to quality is in every bite. I'm in love with smoke rings and sloppy sauce though so I might be biased. 😋😋😋😋😋

I do like my barbecue, and Bird Dog came through with flying colors. First time in, will definitely be in my rotation.

Worth driving down from Denver for! I was so glad to find a BBQ place that has Mac and cheese for a side option, but I did not expect it to be so good too! As good as the meat is, the sides almost upstaged it. I will definitely return for more...

I come here all the time, so I really should know names, but I am terrible with remembering names lol.

The food is always great, they are fast and the food is still fresh. The customer service is top notch. I always feel like I’m going to the neighborhood bbq joint. Everyone is friendly, they remember you and make conversation, and they follow up to make sure you are enjoying your food.

The only issue I’ve had is the once or twice where they forgot something in my order. It happens, it’s all about how you handle it. These guys apologize and are quick to get you what you are missing, it’s like it never happened.

I love this place and I will continue to keep coming here, keep up the great work!

Random drop in on my home to Alamosa. Hands down the greatest BBQ I have ever had. The beans, phenomenal. I'm from the Tennessee. I know BBQ, you have to give this a try.

Came in for a quick bite after mountain biking at Ute Valley. Smokehouse sandwich, beans, and mac were all amazing. Peach cobbler was warm and tasty too. Quick service and good prices also make this a place definitely worth coming back to.

I really enjoyed this place. I had the brisket sandwich and fried okra. Both were good. Prices were reasonable. Staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Such good food I will never understand why this place isn't busy AF but perhaps I'll savor the one on one friendly customer service and large portions of food out hot and fast by gatekeeping for a bit longer. Stop going to Dickeys and stop here, you will not regret it.

Awesome BBQ, the best in Colorado, and nice and polite staff, By far the best place to eat BBQ in the springs, BBQ sauce is on fire loved it, and brisket is delicious everytime, very clean place to eat also. Definitely recommend over absolutely any other BBQ place, this is the place to go, you won't be disappointed. Best apple coppler, and smell and taste of smoked meat here is delicious.
