We happened upon this Company by accident and it was the best thing that ever happened!! We have moved into 7-8 new homes and they are at the very top of our list of realtors! They are a team and everyone of them keep in touch about you and what your needs are!! It was really a great experience from start to finish!

Inika Vance and her team are professional and quick. We had a bad experience with the original title company, and ended with this group. They had everything done in less than two weeks.

Great experience closing on our new house here. We were the buyers so the signing took about 40 minutes.

There is a nice lobby with sodas, water, coffee, and snacks. We didn’t have to wait long to get into our room to begin signing paperwork.

They have a very formalized communication process to notify you via email of exactly which step they are in the transaction process. And as an added bonus they are willing to meet up with you to sign closing documents which helps significantly when you are pressed for time or moving. My buyer was in the middle of a difficult move and Aria was willing to meet near her location for the closing. This alleviated some of the stress of moving and made things so much more convenient.
