I love Lowe's! They have some really cool items! Their garden and paint section are especially my favorite 🤗

Great customer service per usual. Tami was kind and accommodating at customer service. Chris was also awesome at fixing the situation when we had some issue arise. Also was previously really helpful when my wife and I were picking out some tile. You guys have some great employees make sure you keep them around!

My family and I were out shopping for a new faucet and we had about 6 employees walk by us but an employee in training, Karen asked if we needed any help and there were a few questions we had. She was so helpful and sweet!

Great selection of items, from DIY to complete sets of furniture, appliances, gardening, plants and storage spaces. I could spend here all day and still find something to buy. At the moment they have a very good range of outdoor sets, that are really worth checking out, and the staff is always very helpful. No tap pay yet though, so don’t forget your physical credit cards or cash :)

I have been living in the area for about 6 years now and have been purchasing stuff from this lowes and the home depot further down the road. Before the Home depot definitely stood out on the customer service aspect. last year I have seen a significant change with Lowes . they have been doing a really great job for me and very customer service centric.

My favorite Lowes. Awesome customer service. I usually go through the Pro Desk. All the associates at this location are very helpful and knowledgeable.

The employee Josh was very helpful with assisting my mother with the electric assistance carts when some were not working

This is our go-to home improvement store. Great selection of tile and flooring. We love the lawn and garden department too. Great service and professional staff. It’s always interesting to browse the many clearance end caps. So many things I didn’t know I needed…

Everyone at the paint counter was SO nice and helpful! They went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed.

I rate this place highly. As an active DIY homeowner I rely on Lowe’s for many of my repair projects around the house. They have tons of stuff at a competitive price. And usually (but not always) there’s somebody that can help. In which case, I’ve recently found that going to their website and entering the specific store you’re shopping in allows for you to actually find the location and specifications along with price of whatever item that you’re in search of. and unfortunately, as in so many other retailers today, they are weaning out their staffed check out lanes with self service registers, which I despise. (“is there anybody listening“) I’ll wait the extra time just so I don’t have to do that myself, it seems there’s always complications and you’re always having to wait around anyway.

Awesome sale On plants they Oltman forgot to water. Just drown them over night and then plant. After planting trim off ant dead or damaged foliage. Perfect plant. Dumb employees… LOL!! Oh well my win!!!! GO LONGHORNS!!!!🤘🏻

Needed a 3'-4' white extension cord. Not easy to find right now. They had it! Not a lot. But a few. I only needed one. And they had those little clear plastic command hooks so hard to find at a decent price. In and out. Always shop the app first. Very well stocked store.

The pros at Lowe's made replacing my dishwashers a breeze. Expertly installed and very timely.

Great went because online showed they
have sold glasses instock $2.48 each. For annular solar eclipse this Saturday 10/14/23 also let me in on next total solar eclipse 4/8/24. Buy very easy had TONS of solar glasses available right by customer service desk at Hurst location.

I really really love this store they have everything I need The staff is really helpful The only thing they couldn't help me find was those gloves with flashlights on them I really wanted those for Christmas presents I ended up ordering those off Amazon and I got this cheaper version but also found the rechargeable ones on Amazon and they're like 30 bucks a piece though glitch isn't bad considering you never have to buy batteries for them but it would probably take a long time to use $30 for the batteries in those gloves anyway I've sworn off batteries nothing but rechargeable stuff and Lowe's has plenty of rechargeable stuff
