Not even 20mins. Cheapest in town with the highest quality of parts!! I will def be back for accessories and hopefully not because of a cracked screen. 😅 their accessories are affordable as well. And they’re not too focused on upselling. They genuinely want to help you.
FYI, if you’re curious to know what work is being done on your phone, don’t hesitate to ask to avoid any extra charges that you weren’t expecting. Remember: pricing given up front is an ESTIMATE, until they look inside the phone, they won’t know exactly what needs to be replaced.

I recently had to get my phone fixed and decided to try out Celltech, a small kiosk near JCPenney in Northeast Mall. I heard about them from a friend and I'm glad I went there. They're getting some unfair negative reviews, but those are actually meant for another place, not them.

First off, the people at Celltech were super friendly. When I went there, they greeted me right away and listened to my phone problems. They knew exactly what was wrong and explained everything to me in simple terms no confusing tech talk.

They were super quick with the repair. I thought it would take days, but they got it done in just a few hours. The price was reasonable too, not like some places that charge a lot. They told me the cost upfront, so there were no surprises.

The best part. My phone works perfectly now. It had a broken screen and some battery issues, and they fixed it all. It's like I have a brand new phone again.

I also want to clear up something about the negative reviews. There's another tech place in the mall that's not doing so great with their service. Some people are getting mixed up and leaving bad reviews for Celltech by mistake. That's not fair because Celltech is actually really good. They're near JCPenney, not the other place that's messing up.

So, if you need your phone fixed and you're in Northeast Mall, definitely go to Celltech near JCPenney. They're helpful, know what they're doing, and they won't rip you off. Plus, they're just really nice people. Totally recommend them!

10x service!! Went in today & needed my phone fixed by Saturday for work. My man’s SONY fixed it in under 30 mins!! I read some reviews saying screens fell off or something & if mine does I’ll review about it lol. This place is amazing and the customer service is great. They are so kind and willing to listen to you. Swadesh and Hrishabh were very kind to me and the other customers my phone was in terrible shape and they fixed it perfectly in a timely manner. I highly recommend bringing all your devices. Google Pixel 3 XL - I shattered my display screen on my Cell phone. Called 3 different places, Celltech had the best price by far. Took it in, dropped it off with Sony the Manager. He fixed my phone and it's just like new! Very happy with the service I received. The location is immediately outside Papaya clothing on the Northeast Mall. I would recommend them to anyone!

Sony the manager at Celltech helped me to get my new phone screen and charging port fix in less than 30 minutes. It was worth the drive to north east mall. North east mall I had a great experience with Sony one of the tech workers, my phone had battery problem and then I can to Sony he mad it easy for me to understand the problem. Sony was such a great help! I came to the mall to grab a few things for Xmas and I ended up with an almost brand new phone. My screen was so bad I had been thinking of just buying a new one but after getting my screen replaced, I will definitely not need a new phone for a few more years! Sony, was Very understanding and explained the whole process before proceeding with the repairs and it only took 10-15min! Stop buy if you need to get your screen fixed or if you need to unlock your phones. I have 2 locked phones which I can now be able to use after getting them unlocked. 😬

Had an emergency at work and while rushing I dropped and cracked my brand new iPhone. Searched on google and Came across Celltech at North East Mall, Euless,Hurst. I came to the location in front of Papaya and Earth bound and I met the company’s Manager Sony. He is such a professional guy as he is master tech certified repair guy dealing with Cellphones and repairs for a long time. He got my phone fixed fully like brand new in less than 15min with high quality parts. Highly satisfied and recommended..Very happy customer🙂

My phone was acting up earlier today and in honesty my phone is basically my life line. I called many other phone repair shops and none of them seemed to care or want to really explain to me why my phone was glitching. Once I called Sony immediately told me to come in and once I got here he took no time at all to fix my phone. He also took the time to teach me about why it happened and how I can prevent it in the future. From now on I won’t go anywhere else but this family amazing family owned business.
