Kroger

I've used Kroger's grocery pick up for the last 4 years since COVID started And I absolutely love it. But the best part is working with Katie Jo back in grocery pickup. That lady is a ray of sunshine everyday, she knows who I am, She greets me every time, And her customer service skills are impeccable!!! She deserves a raise immediately. People like Katie Jo are not only the best part of Kroger's, but the best part of the world!

Got gipped on my chicken fried rice opened it was frozen not even cooked 😂😂 seriously though quite clean new carts decently fast check out. nice newer style storefront.

It's a new Kroger so even when there's a lot of people you really can't tell because it's so large,nice store

Only buy groceries and produce when on sale. Otherwise there standard prices are very very high. For item's we need without waiting for them to go on sale we go to Aldies or meijers. They have better standard prices and Quality as well. Kroger charges a premium for their Fresher then Fresh items. Expensive.

Big store they have everything you need.. Patty in seafood and chef corner is really friendly.. Diane the cake decorator does a fantastic job.. best decorator around.. MS.Ebony in floral is fantastic..she designed alot of the arrangements herself.. she's very talented. I ordered 30 dozen roses and they were beautiful.. The floral department does delivery just ask when you order..

I usually don’t write reviews but I felt obligated to today. There’s a young guy who is gathering the carts up in the parking lot and I just have to say I LOVE his energy. I’ve watched him help unpack people’s groceries into their cars, I’ve seen him offer carts to individuals as they walk in, he’s greeted everyone with a smile and as I prepared to drive off I see him telling people to have a good day. Whoever y’all have working today (Monday March 5th at around 1130a) tell him I said thank you! And that his awesome customer service did not go unnoticed !

Not sure if this is the brand new Kroger location, but the new Kroger in Reynoldsburg is wonderful. I love the fresh prepared foods they have, great on a busy school night. It’s huge and I’m glad it’s not as big as the Market places. There are fresh cheeses, bakery and deli there. What a nice upgrade from the old location.

This is one of the best Kroger’s in Columbus. They have great produce. The store is always well stocked. The employees are very nice and they do a great job of keeping the store clean.

Kroger in Reynoldsburg is an older, smaller supermarket, well serving the local neighborhoods. This store is still part of the largest grocery in America, offering the same sale items as others. It offers free parking in a lot right outside its doors. The lot, the entrance, and the restrooms are handicapped accessible. Though its size somewhat limits its offerings, you can still get fresh-baked Gold Miner's Sourdough Bread, and coconut "milk," and fresh produce. Conveniently, they now offer a state liquor agency, at which you can use a rewards credit card, though you don't earn fuel points from Kroger on alcohol purchases, but you do receive cash back from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover, if you carry such a card. Thankfully, a larger Kroger is being built just one traffic light west on E. Main St. which should open within the year. I enjoy shopping at this nice-sized grocery. It's clean and easy to navigate. Best of all are the terrific employees.
