The store is amazing. Everything is placed beautifully & always stocked. The overall appearance of the store is clean & not overcrowded with extra boxes of supplies. I'm impressed with the new 'Self Check-out counters. The sales & coupons make shopping there a win, win, so enjoy as I always do.

Michael’s is your go to craft store, but our recent trip was for custom framing. All of the employees were courteous, listened to our needs and find the most economical solution. We are getting both new paper backings and full custom frame jobs and a great Memorial Day discount to boot. If you have unique framing ideas, make sure to check them out.

I would like to take this opportunity to write a good review about Sandy, who works at the Michael store in Rockville Pike.Sandy is always friendly and helpful, and she goes above and beyond to make sure that her customers are happy. I would like to add that most of the associates working at this place are nice and welcoming but I have had opportunities to be helped with Sandy! Likewise, I had a horrible experience with Jace at Michaels in Germantown, I wish Sandy was there for teaching Jace how to treat people:(
I have gone to the Michael store to buy some flowers for arranging in my new house. I was not sure what kind of flowers to get, so I asked Sandy for help. She was very patient and knowledgeable, and she helped me to choose the perfect flowers for the beautiful arrangement. She also helped me to arrange the flowers in a vase, and she gave me some tips on how to keep them looking fresh.

I was very impressed with Sandy's customer service, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a helpful and friendly salesperson. She is a valuable asset to the Michael store, and I am grateful for her assistance.

Michaels is always organized and they have festive merchandise out.

Very nice large clean place. Prices are within range of what's to be expected. Awesome range and array of supplies for cratfs, knitting, picture frames, projects big or small. You name it! Customer service is ok. Seemed to be short staffed. I do plan on going back, but first I'm trying another place in downtown Bethesda. Hard to find parking spaces. I rated it a five because of everything they have and because it isn't difficult to navigate the areas of interest. I got yarn some crochet needles and a 🧵🪡 Good Luck!😃

The cashier who checked us out was very pleasant and sweet. The shelves were kind of bare in some sections, but I suspect that was due to higher product demand for upcoming Halloween events during COVID. It's a nice big Michaels and I'm looking forward to coming back.

We purchased a several hundred dollar item at Michael online, and when we found out there was a problem, the Chevy Chase store played dead and the manager refused to help us. We pointed to the rules that we could return to the store, but people all the way to the manager played dead. We took it to our usual Michaels and Sandy promptly helped us process the return so we can purchase other replacements. I learned that Sandy has been very helpful to my family prior to and after, and really believe they have great service in this store. We really appreciate the kind of help and service Michaels Rockville and support this store whenever we can. Thank you.

Had a great experience at your Rockville store. Being a man in a crafts store can be challenging but, after finding a manager, she assigned me to a woman who was most helpful. The best part, however, was the checkout and the delightful Luisa, who packed my purchases as if it was her own fine crystal. And a superb personality, often missing in retail these days. Kudos to all.

I love Michaels because of great selection of decorating items. I live in DC but I come Rockville location for Sandy. She does know everything about the merchandise. She inform you about sales and coupons. She is the best and makes me come back to this location. Thank you Sandy.

This is one of my favorite Michaels in the area. Everytime I go to this Michaels it's clean for the most part. I can easily find the area in the store for the item I'm looking for on that trip. If they have it in stock at that moment than great. If not I can usually find a replacement. Or an Associate is always willing to assist me in finding out when the item may be in.

Like the other Michaels that I favorite in the area... The staff here is always friendly, professional and helpful. To me, that speaks of the Store Manager hiring the best associates to work with their customers. As well as the associates understanding that when they step on the sells floor the top priority is great customer service. Keep up the great work & atmosphere and I will continue to shop here. 😉

Great selection. Many associates are available and very helpful. Store is very well kept and organized.

Returned some flowers but had lost the receipt. They looked it up my my rewards phone number and it was so easy. Still love this place to browse. Has things to paint, crosstitch, draw, knit, make jewelry, flower arrangements, scrapbooking, wedding things, and still has baskets for sale. Offers classes year round that are free, but you usually have to buy supplies there. Still fun place
