Absolutely the BEST Mexican restaurant we have ever had! The salsa was AMAZING! Cheese dip AMAZING! My husband got the tamales and I got the shrimp tacos. Lots of shrimp in my tacos! Refried beans were AMAZING! I cannot say enough about this restaurant!!! The service was outstanding, and I absolutely loved their sweet tea! When we come back down to Branson, we now have a favorite place to eat!!!!

What great hot food. I had the chicken fajita, very well portion of chicken with great seasoning. My only neg is could have come with 4 tortillas instead of 3. My wife had chimichanga which had great flavor.
All was great.

Honestly, we’re from Arkansas and this was hands down the BEST Mexican we’ve ever had. We were staying in fall creek and decided last minute to eat close to the room and we’re SO glad we did. We had the waiter with curly auburn hair and he was great especially with our 4 kiddos we had along. Seriously, we’ve been home for 8 hours and we’re still telling people about it! HIGHLY recommend!

Let's make this place famous! The food was unbelievable. Ask for the medium or hot salsa to manage your own heat. The salsa is mild. The enchiladas with steak were tender and well seasoned. The Cajun Corn was perfect. I can't wait to try their breakfast!

Stopped by for some street tacos and got exactly what we wanted. The queso dip was a large portion and very good. Ask for there hot salsa. You wont be disappointed.

My husband and I finally got away for a date night have been waiting to try them forever and we werent disappointed. services was great our waitress was on top of everything when she got hung up at another table another waitress checked on us. Food came out ridiculously fast and sizzling hot. They definitely put the time and effort into their margaritas delicious and huge

A GPS may be needed to find this location (behind the Shell Gas Station), but it will be worth your effort!

The restaurant was cozy and very clean. Outdoor seating is available.

5/12/23 Lillian was our server and delivered hot chips and salsa picante upon being seated.

She explained that the restaurant opened recently and is still a work in progress. Their liquor license should be approved within the next couple of weeks.

For starters, we had the Sopes. This was a corn maze bed topped with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, seasoned meat, and sour cream. It was so-o good!

The strawberry margarita was topped with wedges of fresh strawberries and whipped cream. No alcohol yet. Very tasty.

The Maria Bonita Special Al Ambre Trio was served steaming hot. It had grilled steak, chicken, and shrimp mixed with fresh grilled vegetables, perfectly seasoned!

The flavors were so pleasing! Portions were generous.

I don't give a lot of Five Star ratings, but Maria Bonita's is without hesitation!

We have been in town for the past six days at the Suites at Fall Creek and saw this little hidden gem every time we drove in and out. My husband kept saying he wanted to try it out, but I was skeptical because we are from Houston, TX and we are surrounded by authentic Mexican and Tex-Mex cuisine… i thought there’s way there could be good Mexican food in Branson. I finally gave in, and we went for dinner tonight. I was extremely impressed and proved wrong! We had the Cajun corn, which we pretty much fought over, even my two year old. The mango margarita was so good; I like that the mango flavoring was subtle and didn’t overpower the margarita. The salsa was fresh, and they give plenty to go around. I got the sopes with carnitas… highly recommended! We finished dinner off with the sopapilla nachos… y’all… I want to go back tomorrow. Everything was so good, and the service was top notch.

Delicious food. Friendly and attentive staff. Adorable interior and exterior design. Would definitely would eat here again. The Cajun Corn is amazing. 10/10 And the Chile Relleno is the largest and most delicious I've had. My kid had tacos and he gobbled them down. Hubs has the Huevos con Chorizo and absolutely loved it. Their homemade chorizo is delish. The Horchata is refreshing and creamy.

This Place is Amazing…. The owner Skarlette has a great concept going. If you are in the area and need to eat stop in and grab a bite. You will not be disappointed.

Had had the guacamole enchiladas. Server happily subbed broccoli for the rice to make the dish vegetarian. (Their rice is not vegetarian.) Delicious!

It’s a small family own business and they should take pride in their work! The food was outstanding. It was tasty and light. Next time we’re in Branson we’re making a point to stop and eat again.

Our server was engaging, professional yet friendly and the host was as well. The margaritas were excellent & the food very good. Only thing I didn't care for was rice in my taco salad. It was a first. We 4 got different dinners & drinks, all good!

Went there last night. It was probably the best Mexican we’ve ever had. Shrimp tacos were a 10/10 and the chicken chimichanga also a 10/10. Food was amazing, service was great and also a great atmosphere. I highly recommend trying this place if you haven’t yet! We will be going back!

I've lived in Branson for quite awhile but just found this gem of a restaurant! Go check them out! Great food! Great service and cozy atmosphere!

Nice place, Excellent food and service! Authentic Mexican food! I ate Al pastor sopes and the Cajun corn with strawberry daiquiri, I fall in love with the last one, for sure I’ll comeback again!

Superb all the way around. Though this is some distance from our house we will definitely be back often. Food ( burrito and chimi) was wonderful. Raoul the owner and Lilly the server were so friendly. You will not be disappointed if you visit. Really comfortable restaurant with fantastic food.
By the way, loved the cactus also.

WOW!! Best meal I've ever had in Branson and really authentic Mexican food! I'm from Oklahoma so I've had my fair share of Tex-Mex and some authentic Mexcian food. The tortilla chips were perfectly thin and the salsa had a nice consistency (not too thick but not too runny). I got the torta with chorizo and it was delicious. Super flavorful with a soft bread and fresh veggies. If you like spice, ask for a side of the hot sauce for 99 cents. My party also ordered the enchiladas with cheese sauce and steak burrito with cheese sauce. Not a crumb leftover! We will be back -- maybe even before our trip it over!

The best Mexican restaurant I have ever ate at. The service was amazing. 10/10 experience. I’m sad that I am from out of state and can’t come back!
