We recently asked for suggestions on a flooring company to rip out our carpet and replaced it with an alternative. We decided to go with John who owns Presidio Flooring off of i10 and Ralph Fair. He came by and took measurements for a free quote. We loved that he gave us 3 options with 3 different prices that included the breakdown. He was definitely working with us and our budget. John texted me to inform me of material delivery and start date/time. His crew was on time and they were excellent. They treated our furniture and home with care throughout the process. They worked quickly and effectively. We were so impressed with their work. It was very clear that they took great pride in what they do. John made the process easy thanks to his check-in texts to see if we were happy with the work being done. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for new flooring!

The process with John and company is the best we could hope for. Everything from the estimation process to, communication, to execution was done very professionally and seamlessly. To start, we requested a quote. John arrived very punctually on the agreed upon time, took the time to explain the options and the implications of one choice versus the other, and then proceeded to take measurements. The estimates were in my opinion, reasonable and returned promptly.

We took our time to deliberate and shop, when then made an appointment view the samples and displays. Once we made a decision on our project, we began the contracting process we carefully went through timelines and payment options. John was sure set expectations along every step of the process.

John was very communicative throughout the entire process which is very much appreciated. We received notification of when to expect the crew, any complications they may have faced, and what to expect the next day.

The crew was nice, respectful, and took very good care of our residence. Ours was a particularly tough job, but it was still able to be completed amongst the time frame discussed.

John and his team did a fantastic job! From the time John came over to talk to us and understand what I was looking for which would be a good fit for a family with dogs. John's recommendations were spot-on, but he also gave us the option to go see other flooring options with his sources. We selected Presidio Flooring to replace existing wood floors and carpet throughout the first floor of our home with more modern wood flooring and were very pleased with with the execution and results. John Sosa is an exemplary project manager, who is patient and responsive to customer's questions and concerns. He did an outstanding job managing our expectations over the duration of the project, anticipating any issues that may arise and proactively communicating job scope/plans for the day. John and his crew (Rosendo and team) are attentive to details, show pride in their work, and strive to return the service areas to a "clean" condition similar to that at the start of the project. John went above and beyond to accommodate some unplanned baseboard and door casing work and even reached out to his mason to make sure our stairs, which are bordered on one side by a stone wall, were seamless. Throughout the 10-day project, John strove to minimize any inconvenience and disruption to us. The process and results exceeded our expectations, and we would not hesitate to give him a call for future projects.

Presidio Flooring did an amazing job installing wood floors. We had all the carpet in the house removed and installed floors. Couldn’t be happier with their work and complete in a timely manner.

John and team did a great job with our flooring last week. Floor looks great and the installers were very helpful and friendly. A few minor items needed to be fixed and they have promptly fixed them. The installers did a very good job cleaning up before leaving and then a cleaner came in and did a GREAT JOB cleaning the house. I strongly recommend Presidio Flooring and would use them again.

We had wood look tile put in to replace old carpeting & it looks great! John knows customer service and helped give us a great experience. Overall, Presidio Flooring is great to work with, low prices and provides high quality work. We were unsure of what type of flooring that we wanted. John Sosa came to our house and went through multiple samples, explaining the pluses and minuses for each type of hardwood flooring. Once we decided on the type, he went through all the samples until we decided on the look we wanted. I had gone to several vendors to view samples and compare prices. What stood out about Presidio was the amount of time that was taken to find me the right product for my home. Prices were certainly competitive but it was the top notch service that sold me. The install team was professional and meticulous. They arrived on time and kept things clean as they worked.
