New clean look. Staff was friendly and helpful. The food came out fast, hot, and tasted fresh. The bathrooms were clean and updated as well. There is plenty of seating for dining inside.

The few times I have been during the day it has been very clean and well run, and at night when the drive-thru is extremely busy because the dining room is closed and there's a lot of mobile and doordash orders unlike most others this one actually makes an effort to pull customers up and keep the line moving and very rarely is someone with a small order stuck waiting behind someone with a huge order. Most of the staff is friendly and takes their job seriously definitely a well-run McDonald's.

We went through the drive thru for coffees. The line was long but we went through quickly. The order takers took orders quickly in both lines and were quick and efficient. They were friendly and we had no wait time for our coffe and my girlfriends coffee was made the correct way for a change. Most McDonald's screw up but not this one. Thanks guys!

Had a great egg,bacon, and cheese bagel and vanilla ice coffee which actually tasted great as well.. I live in zephyrhills and the food is never hot and the coffee is terrible. My area Mc Donald could take training...

The Manager Jessie (at least I believe he is a manager) is awesome!! I come here for my lunch breaks with work almost every delivery route and today the system was down so I was unable to order or pay, Jessie kindly gave me the meal for free because he understood I’m on route, I came near 10 minutes in awful 301 traffic from downtown, and it’ll take to long to get to another establishment per my job. I appreciate him greatly!! He gave me a free meal once before when I was overly flustered which now I feel 🥴 cause he’s given me two of them but I definitely appreciate it!! This location is always awesome!!!

Just look at it... what a great looking McDonald's.... staff and food was above average of your typical McDonald's... I believe this one warranted a review because of the building and grounds.

1st went to well-known restaurant here,ugh, left. Y'all have the best biscuits and gravy ever!!!

When I'm on the road and need something quick that I can grab and eat while continuing on, you can't be two cheese burgers and a small fry. This location was quick , clean and the servers were polite.

If you're gonna dine inside they now have multiple kiosk but should you want assistance they can help you at the counter which I like the more personal experience and that's especially true for those who aren't tech savvy or the elderly or disabled people that may need extra assistance. I hated using kiosk at 1st and I used to just use the counter but I decided to try kiosk 1day and it's so much easier then I thought it would be. It's really pretty easy once you've used it a couple times you'll be a pro.

This McDonald's is one of the fastest McDonald's I've been to they really seem to have everything down to a "T" now they almost always get your order correct they hardly ever have to park people now the system that everyone works together in is like a well oiled machine. Also don't forget when their slow order your food cooked to order so that means FRESH and they will. No more haveing to special order so that your good fresh. Just ask them🤗
The rewards program is so well worth using also they give so much away and with the cost of living increases we need every hand up and free stuff we can get. Without the rewards many people wouldn't be able to even afford to eat off the not so dollar menu! So definitely sign up for the rewards.
Their rewards program is the best rewards program around because unlike burger king who only allows 1 reward every hour McDonald's allows 1 reward every purchase. Which is especially nice because you will save every single order you place if you use your rewards to order and do multiple orders and it's not an inconvenience to McDonald's workers anymore if you make multiple orders inside on the kiosk. As far as top places for surveys goes.... McDonald's beats the competitors again. It's the shortest quickest easiest survey I've done for anything and everywhere. Only downfall is if the ink is running out on the recipe it can sometimes be difficult to read the survey code#'s. McDonald's gives buy 1 get 1 of equal or lessor value of ANY SANDWICH AT BREAKFAST OR LUNCH TIME!!!!
YESSSS!!!! THat includes double quarter pounder with bacon, and also includes there Steak egg and cheese Bagel's this offer is good for Absolutely any sandwich. This can save you upwards of $10 maybe more but I think their sandwiches are all under 10. Try it and check it out after your surgery you have 40 days to use your code....

I have got to say "Hats Off" to the crew at this location. The speed, accuracy, efficiency and friendly staff of the Drive Trough are outstanding. I wish my local McD's operated at y'alls level.

The best McDonald's from Tampa to Sumter. They are 24hrs. The fastest, freshest, and best food. The late night crew is the best Tina and Amber are amazing!!!! Just remember unlike other 24 hrs they don't serve breakfast until 5am.

This McDonalds is always packed but the line is always moving fast. I get my order within 10 minutes even if I’m the 20th car in line which is very impressive! Never the less, the food is always fresh!! =>

The employees here are very friendly and most of the time they remember you when you pull to the screen to order. Me and my gf would stop everyday for an iced coffee and when we pulled up to order our coffee would already be on the screen and would show how we had them made.

Seriously one of the worst visits I've ever experienced. The new remodel must have been expensive as you can see from the number of fries I had in both of the orders. The girl at the front counter was both rude and incredibly unfriendly. Not only has everything been reduced in size, but the price has increased...just a reminder why not to eat McDonald's ever. Oh...and you removed the play place...solid.

Great service and Friendly employees. Do the survey on the receipt and get a free sandwich, any kind, on your next visit. You have 30 days from the date on the receipt to use it. But make sure you do the survey within 7 days of your visit.

Best McDonald's I've been to in a long time! Went in ordered a plain double cheeseburger with bacon and it was out faster than I got my change back! Hot fresh very good

Summer and Karri were very nice to me and my daughter. Every time we ordered something they made sure that we had our food quickly and fresh. They are very nice and the faculty is very well respectful. It wasn't to noisy in this facility and we were able to get work done in there without interruption. Thank you guys very much.

There was a female manager that help me out if they had more like her the other female in the drive way would have not messed up my order

This isn't a new McDonald's, but they get the job done. The staff inside the restaurant are always polite and helpful. They seem to attract a daily group of repeat customers that come to share and talk with their community neighbors, not a bad place to stay and chitchat with people.

I ordered two Sausage Burritos at the drive thru this morning and they were the BEST ever!! At 77 years old, I've just about eaten my weight in burritos....biggest problem was dry or tough..not hot or whatever. I could find no fault with these this morning. It startedmy Sunday off just right.
