I haven't even eaten yet but I'm giving 5 staRs because TRAYLIN was exceptional. She's was kind, funny and all around awesome. This isn't an easy job to do and I appreciate this who do it with a good attitude. Thank you Traylin!! I WILL BE BACK❤

They were very nice my food was fresh and hot and my kids loved it 10/10 highly recommend

Stoped there at about 9:30 on Saturday night and they were extremely busy, but I noticed that they had an what seem to be an experienced staff and they were handling it very well and calmly, getting orders out as fast as could be expected with the amount of people that had there. They really needed their second line to be open but I'm going to attribute that to staffing shortage. Although I did wait probably 15 minutes total from putting the order in at the kiosk to getting my order I did have four doordash drivers and an entire full drive-thru already in front of me, so again I think they handled everything very well. Note to management, if you do have the staff to have your second line open during that period of time, on the weekends being in Southside, I strongly suggest you staff them, you would probably double your revenue during those hours. And thank you for having the lobby open. Without the lobby open I would have gone somewhere else because the line was so long for the drive-thru.

Gotta love eating Taco Bell & using the app. Super convenient.

The young lady at the drive thru was very nice and friendly! She suggested a better combination for the things that I ordered! The line was not too long and the wait was brief!

The staff was new ofcourse, and they made every effort to serve my food perfectly. I didn't even have time to take a seat because they called my name for my order so quick and it was hot and delicious! Did I mention I had two orders lol. Yeah, they're great👍

Easily the nicest, newest Taco Bell I have EVER had the pleasure of visiting! The employees were extremely nice, relateable people, and they happily dealt with my special vegan needs. The gentleman that was working the register seemed like a really intelligent and genuine person. I'm glad to see this nice shiny new Taco Bell has a pretty cohesive team and I am shocked that there is something other than a five star review on here!

Edit: I just read all the low rating reviews and they either contain conflict of interest, are complaining about something the employees have no control over, or just being salty about finicky nonsense. Sigh, not everyone should be allowed to do Google reviews. Maybe they should put an IQ test on here as a prerequisite for having an account.

I don't know who was preparing the food cause I came drive thur but tacos were the best the cashier at the window was very nice and sweet her name was Tralin J keep up the great job team I will be back

The employees at this location have the best attitudes. I have never gone through the drive thru and did not feel welcome.

The Rep on tonight had wonderful customer service with a Smile, I wanted a special order due to me being picky and she didn’t hesitate not seem to be frustrated but assisted me happily to accommodate me !!!! Kudos to the young lady working in drive thru on tonight 12/04/2019

Everyone here is very polite and always speak to me. My food has always been fresh and order correctly prepared. I like this location for my lunch break.
