Wendy's

Ms.B and her crew were awesome. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. The dinning area was very clean. The fries were fresh and the chicken sandwich was on point. It seemed like everyone was staffed and made every thing run smoothly. It was a short wait for the yummy fresh food. Thank you Wendy's on Roebuck.

Drive thru only. The biscuits are amazing. They have gotten a little better with their customer service but still needs improvement. The biscuits are reason enough to endure some slightly mean cashier..lol

Would recommend this place have gotten better over the time I’ve been coming. The lady at the front cashier has good customer service skills. She’s very polite. I had ordered a number one with a large and a frosty. She took my order and got my food back fast. The managers who work there are wonderful with customer service skills and very time management. The only problem I have is when I came back asking for some ketchup and Mayo a girl from the drive thru handed it to me rudely like I ruined her day but other than that I like the new staff. The last staff was rude. I will give this 10/10

Man we almost had dinner and a show. Food was really good to be Wendy's, and they even threw us free stuff bc two of the employers were... um... having a bad day. Will definitely go back!

The food was nice and hot I ordered it earlier that morning when me and my kids was headed back to Huntsville Alabama

Good customer service… workers communicated and worked well together, cobb salad was fresh and good. No complaints

Food Order was accurate and hot had to pull up and wait for them to cook the chicken strips (about 5min) and they forgot what kinda sauce I ordered so they brought one of each. Everyone was polite, friendly and courteous. I will go back

I came there around 10pm cause all the other restaurants was busy and Wendy’s have improved so much!!!! The food was fresh, it was amazing. I didn’t have to wait a long time. The fries didn’t have salt on them but they was fresh and hot. Good job to the employees and management!!!

Everything was fresh and teamwork was in place I can tell from the outcome of placing my order and getting everything fresh and fast service. Friendlessness also. The Roebuck location is getting better staffing . I always love Greensprings.

Hey y'all yesterday I was on roebuck parkway and I had a taste for Wendy's. Y'all that food was so good and hot. I pulled over in the parking lot cuz I like to check my food without holding up the line. I sat there tore that food up. The service was perfect. Thank you Wendy's.

Their Maple Chicken Bacon Croissant Is The Best. We have to also have their hot and yummy French toast sticks and perfectly seasoned potatoes.

Great place to stop in for lunch I got the Caesar salad and a baked potato with sour cream and chives and the senior drink and and my companion had chicken tenders and a baked potato also and a senior drink the restaurant was clean and neat and all of the employees were very gracious even though they were slightly busy most of the service was through the drive-thru window but they took time to give us extra things when we ask for him it was a very pleasant quiet lunch I would highly recommend this one in the Huffman area!

Great food. Haven't been to this location in years. Line was long but food was good.

Web site states dine in and open at 6:30 I walked after 8:00 and was told the dinning room didn't open until 9:30. Not problem but please update your website thanks.

My son and I stop by this Wendy's location at least 3 times a week. We always get the Baconator Combo, and I must say the quality is consistently amazing. We had once minor situation where a burger was accidentally left out of our bag and I didn't realize until I got to my house. The next day, I stopped by this Wendy's and the Mgr was at the front counter and I mentioned to him that a buger was left out and without hesitation, he gave us a free Baconator. Simply by the way he handled this and put it to bed quickly, just increased my respect for him and Wendy's and make me go there even more. The food is hard to beat!

This place is super Clean. It’s a new establishment with Ample seating. It’s fast food. So maybe not the most heathy thing to eat every day, but it’s definitely tasty.
