Sonic Drive-In

I finally tried the pull pork sandwich from Sonic and I must say it was a good choice. The BBQ sauce has a bit kick to it but overall the sandwich was good. Definitely would recommend if you have not tried it yet. Great service and delivery was quick. I even tried the blackout slush it's good and sweet.

i live in pell city, al where the slushie machine has been down for months and i was in the area here so i decided to give them a try. service was great however the card machine slots don’t work. still good however. the recipient said Tralexus who served me. Thanks!

Arrived at 8:45, several employees saw us out on the patio and didn’t say anything when we went to order at 8:55 they said their system was down and I asked when it would be back up and they said not tonight and that they are closed. A lady came out the door while we were thinking where else we could go and asked if we were trying to order and we told her what had happened. She took our order 5 minutes past closed and got our food out to us. This lady was on her way to her car already off the clock and still had customer service. Wonderful crew member wonderful restaurant we are very thankful. Thank you Sonic in Roebuck

Got waited on over speaker next to your car my food was ready and delivered in about 10 mins. And was really good !!!

Since COVID-19 hit, they closed the one in my old neighborhood and I was so upset. Moved to the other side of town, and found one open. Thanks Centerpoint Sonic!!! I missed you guys!!!!🎯💯✔

Quickly took the order and the food was amazing! If you haven't had the strawberry cheesecake you should definitely try it!!!!

Ordered in the app immediately before arriving at the restaurant, & checked in within one minute of completing the order. I knew they were short-staffed, so I expected a wait of maybe 10-12 minutes. When the carhops started serving cars on my right (customers that arrived after I did) I started to get worried, but not too much since it looked like all of those cars only ordered drinks & not food. After passing by me multiple times, and making eye contact with me on at least a couple of those trips, neither of the carhops on duty asked me if I had ordered or if I needed help with anything. After more than 30 minutes of waiting I had to press the order button on the menu board to find out what was up with my order. The young lady who finally brought my order to me was not one of the two carhops that I had been seeing the entire time I was parked there. She was very nice & she was apologetic about the mix-up and that I had to wait so long. The food was hot at least, instead of being something that had been sitting around the kitchen for half an hour.

Went back to the restaurant today -- my first visit since the above review. Everything was totally different. Ordered in the app again, while sitting at the restaurant this time, and I had my food in less than 10 minutes. Everything was hot and fresh. Complete turnaround from my previous experience.

Tonight was like my fourth time going to this Sonic and they say that they are not serving ice cream. I don’t know what the issue is, but I try to be lenient. Asked for large slushees and then received medium, so I was inconvenienced twice. I just expect better.

Finally, perfect service!!!! Everything was delicious and I received my food in a timely matter. And, most importantly, the ice cream machine has been working!!! Excellent

They were so energetic took my order fast and my food was fresh and hot. I was super surprised so I I'll go back again!!

Slowest service on EARTH. I pressed the button and waited 10 mins without anyone answering. Switched booths in case #7 was damaged and I downloaded the app, put my order in, and waited 15 more minutes. Finally I pressed the button of the stall and waited another 15 minutes. No one answered. Finally when someone did answer they said my order was on the way out, but I waited another 20 minutes and did not receive my order. I finally pressed the button and no one answered again. I tried to be understanding that they were all young and a little busy and seemed short staffed, but when my order finally arrived, half of it was not present. So I refused the order and asked for a refund. Two people told me that I had to call the number on the app for a refund and then the manager finally came out with my entire order. Which took another 5 to 10 minutes. This entire situation was just overwhelming. I literally want to delete this app and never revisit. And on the other hand I wish Sonic Headquarters would put more time into actually fully staffing their locations. I have never had speedy service from Sonic, but this was a major Anxiety Provoking Experience.

The service was awesome...no one was rude!! Pleasant!!! My order was filled correctly; I was a little disappointed with the French fries, they were less hot than expected by the time I drove home. Otherwise, not a bad experience

Now y'all know ain't nothing like a great hamburger cooked to order the way we like them. I love sonic and the staff. Y'all keep up the good work.👍👍👍🙏🙏 Y'all stay safe and be blessed.

It's better than it used to be. I'm assuming they hired new cooks because the ones before that would put entirely too much salt on the eggs to the point where it would burn my tongue when I would buy their toasters so I stopped going there and went to the one in Trussville and they were a whole lot better I just recently started going back to the one in Roebuck since they got the new cooks, they are great now!

We had some chilli dogs and they were great as always. The service was great as well. We spent about 20mins there and we got asked 4 times if everything was good. We loved our visit and is now one of our favorite Sonic locations.

I paid over $5 for a Oreo Sonic Blast and it looked like it was eaten out of plus the ice cream was dripping down the cup so I asked the young man who fixed the ice cream and he said he didn't know but he was going back inside to correct the problem so Jaylon was my car hop He was very manerable and polite. At the end he fixed the problem and told me to have a good day. Now I'm happy

Im loving the new Oreo Waffle Cone!! But night shift service sucks! Ive gone during the day and at night, and its a significant difference with the time orders are brought out and the courteousness of the employees. You cant even ask for ketchup without an attitude!

Sonic was awesome as always. I had the jumbo buffalo chix for the first time and it was good. And as always you can't go to sonic and not get a large Ocean Water.
