Went in to get a new phone and Wi-Fi for the new house.. The girls working were very nice and helpful.. Faith was great! Knowledgeable and professional 👍 Always a good experience when I go there

Nice friendly staff & staff was great at 3 visits.
1. To check old cells due to problems was fixed. Cells problems again.
2. Look at new cells. Purchase 2 new cells & when UPS delivery went back to set up.
3. Transferred old to new at store. Purchase accessories for cells & also WiFi. Thanks Val & ladies!!

I want to give a shout out to Roberto and his team at the Selma T-Mobile. I went there as we were having some technical problems with our new IPhone 12. Roberto was very knowledgeable and quickly took care of our problem with a professional and caring attitude. Thank you Roberto for being quick and efficient and for treating us with like a valued customer!

I've been a T-Mobile customer for a year now, and Allison, the T-Mobile Rep, has always gone out of her way to help the customer. She is the only rep who is very professional, polite and super informative. That girl's energy is just awesome and her customer service is amazing! Allison needs a raise or promotion because boy she makes every experience great!! Every time I walk out with great items!!! I recommend her!! Sadly, the other guys are on their phones or chatting, but not her!! Great employee
