Best Burger King food quality we've experienced in awhile. Everything perfect temp, nothing overcooked or dry. Cheese melted. Original Chicken sandwich was right!

Manager was very courteous, had a messed up order prevous week, came in and my name wasn't in the book as ******* said but he was a great guy, took care of me and was very understanding although I came off a little strong 😀 thanks guy!

Superstar Manager! He was super nice and excited to be there! Offered us crowns and provided such amazing customer service!!! He needs to be recognized for this asap!!!! New melt was amazing!!

Food was fresh and good normally get the Rodeo Burger and Fries it's the best thing ever

I had a really great time yesterday with my family, we took our grandchildren there after there track meet, the food was delicious and the associate's where helpful

Ordered through the app for door dash about $20 worth of food and only received two orange juices. I contacted door dash and they told me I had to contact the store, it was a giant mess but the manager at the kingston/ edwardsville location helped me get everything sorted out and went above and beyond. 🖤

Service was good, food was hot and they have a lot of specials.

This morning we were at your location in kingston my 4yr old granddaughter Graduated from pre school we asked her where she wanted to eat she said burger king, for pancakes. When we got there the guy at the register said they stopped serving them, my granddaughter started crying. I believe it was a manager but I didn't get her name came up to me and said I will make them for Her, I was so appreciative and happy and so was my granddaughter. Thank you for having an employee like that.

Kind staff! Super clean! Love their upgrade! Food is always hot and the buns and fries are the best..love there selections of drinks.

Great place to stop for a fast snack, just always make sure to check your bag before you leave as they don't always get things 100‰ right

My burger in Kingston was great but they forgot my onions. I live near shavertown and that burger king the hamburgers are always cold.

Quick and easy ordering. In and out of the drive-thru, everything was correct and fresh off the press!

Always accurate with order, quick service. You cannot make a left turn once you exit the drive thru though.
