The service is phenomenal they are patient with you and they always get your order correct and the food is always good

i got a iced venti apple crisp oatmilk macchiato with pumpkin cold foam, pumpkin sauce and caramel sauce it is amazing! syrup wasn’t very well mixed but i know it’s hard to mix the syrup in a macchiato. so grab a straw to mix it if it’s not mixed that well . my mom got an iced chai with apple brown sugar and almond milk with cinnamon. pretty good! also got a pumpkin cream cheese muffin which was amazing!!! she got the kale and mushroom egg bites but we think there’s cheese in it aswell. and we got the bacon egg and gouda sandwich that i always get. fall menu is here and it’s amazing!!!

Seriously, this is my favorite Starbucks location. Not only is it close to my house, but the staff is incredible. I accidentally ordered my caffeine fix at the wrong Starbucks and didn’t realize it. Not only did the staff catch my mistake, but they took care of it for me too by canceling my order at the incorrect Starbucks, and making my drink at no additional charge. Best staff ever!!!!!!

Just 5minutes ago a very nice young lady waited on with a smile. Got a slice of lemon pound cake very fresh , my favorite. Wish I got the young ladies name, thank you

I've come here several times. Service is always fast, friendly, and accurate. When I stay inside to work, the atmosphere is pleasant and it's easy to focus on what I'm doing. A good experience all around.

My order is always promptly and correctly made! The one time there was an issue it was handled very professionally with sincerity! Also its always a clean friendly environment everytime I stop in!

This is my usual Starbucks. The staff are all so nice and I feel like they could all be my friends haha. My only complaint is not about the Starbucks or the employees but the customers of this location. So many of the customers that come here are so rude. Ive gotten screamed at in the parking lot multiple times..the road rage of someone running late because they wanted to squeeze in Starbucks is intense! I have seen employees dealing with verbal abuse from enraged customers, grown men throwing worse tantrums then toddlers when there favorite cake pop is sold out over a little foam… ect. These employees are superstars for having such positive attitudes when having to deal with the disaster that is the (majority of the) human race. The end.

Beautiful cafe, pumpkin spice latte was great with a breakfast egg white wrap. The staff seemed very busy, but was pretty quick getting my order ready. Excited for the holiday drinks coming up for the season. There is a drive thru as well for convenience.

They are always really friendly here and usually pretty speedy even with the long lines. I made a mistake in ordering and they made it right for me even though they truly didn’t have to! That type of service is what make people come back. I really applaud how friendly they are in these times when others are hard to deal with. Thank you!

I've been to the Starbucks in kingston pa twice going through the drive through. I had ordered a breakfast sandwich and a drink. I wish they would give you napkins epically if you are getting food. Other then that I have had a good experience over all.

I went through the drive thru today and the girl working the window was an absolute sweetheart she made my day she had neon green hair and tattoos she doesn’t realize how terrible the past couple months has been for me and just her complimenting me put a smile on my face and made it so much better

I’m there just about every morning at 6:15 and never have a problem. 🤷‍♂

I like it this place because the worker staff very kindly, here you feel welcome.

Consistently calm and polite under immense lines and pressure. Everyone here deserves a raise. The best around!!
