We had water damage from the snow storm last year. Deciding on who to hire to fix it was hard, but after reading the great reviews, we chose Sapphire Restoration and we were not disappointed. Isaiah worked with our crazy, ever changing schedule, was always on time, and communicated well. He paid attention to detail and our dining room and family room look better than before. When our bathroom had signs of water damage, I searched the Better Business Bureau website and found Sapphire Restoration. I called and spoke with Yeshiah around 4:50pm. The very next day he came out to do an initial inspection to assess the needs of the project. From start to finish, he was professional in every sense of the word, working with our schedule to clean up the water damage as soon as possible. Yeshiah was upfront about the work, time, and cost, and I felt his prices were very fair. Although I hope to never need their services again, I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.

We had water damage from our second story shower unit on Halloween 2022. We ended up calling several restoration companies but none were as professional and well priced as Sapphire!! They handled everything from demolition to doing the area and dealing with my insurance company. While I hope to never need them again, I won’t hesitate to call if I have future water damage.

Never fun to have water damage in a home. Sapphire responded to my call for help quickly and began work the next day to restore my water damaged kitchen. Work performed was second to none...other contractors commented on the well done restoration work and wanted Sapphire’s business card! Completed in a timely manner within the agreed upon budget.
