Thank you to the wonderful Clerk (#33) who so very kindly helped me last week and this week with a large shipment (at least it was large for me) of numerous boxes. She is welcoming, has a great sense of humor, and is knowledgeable about rates, etc. She made a hard task easier, and has a fantastic positive attitude that really helps to brighten up the day.

My mail and packages keep going to a neighbors address. They usually show up a few days later, opened by accident. USPS: need more training of your people.

I sell books and ship over one thousand a year. I just had Newberg's Post Office tell me, quite passionately and in a very negative way, that every Media Mail package loses them money, as if it was my fault. Very disappointed that my business is looked at in this negative light for pricing I have no control of. I was hoping we could have a good relationship as they are such a key part of my business. I'm bummed. On the plus side, they ship quickly.
