The last game I purchased (Jaws) had some slight damage in shipping. I didn’t discover the issue until I got home. I texted Dominic to alert him of the situation. Before I knew it, he was on his way to my house to exchange the machines out. Totally blew me away being it was the end of the day Friday (in the middle of rush hour)& I had accepted the idea that I would exchange them after the weekend. I can’t thank Dominic enough.
