Amazing customer service and products. The day I was there another couple was buying one of the "60 in 1" (like the one I bought). Bill (the owner) not only sales and services the machines, he personally delivers each machine! He not only delivered my machine, he helped me take down and put back the handrail in my basement. I highly recommend Arcade Amusement Plus for your home or business arcade needs! Thanks again Bill.

I purchased my first arcade game last week from Arcade Amusements Plus. The proprietor was very helpful and you can tell he loves arcade games and pinball machines. He arrived on time and together we off loaded the machine and brought it inside my home. I couldn't be happier with the experience and I hope to do business with him in the future.

He diagnosed and did the needed repairs on my 1980 Galaxy pinball; cleaned it up before putting it back together; and taught me some good things to know about my machine in the process. Bill came to my house to fix a broken flipper on my pinball machine. He quickly fixed the flipper and then replaced some broken rubber parts that I had not noticed. He also fixed a ramp that had broken and cleaned up the machine. He did a wonderful job and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him.

Had Bill (the owner) come to my house today to fix 2 arcade games. Both ended up just being loose wires. He was honest and did not try to sell me parts that I did not need. The charge was more than reasonable, I was scheduled within 2 days out from calling, and he arrived when stated. Excellent experience with Amusement Arcade Plus and highly recommend Bill. I stopped by the store and having lengthy conversations with him regarding our interests and past experience with arcade machines. He was respectful, courteous and patiently answered all my questions regarding sales, delivery, service and warranty. Within a short period of time, Bill had built the arcade requested. He even took the time, when I stopped by, showing similiar projects at different stages of the process. After several bouts of snow, ice and extreme cold weather, Bill delivered the machine as promised. We have been extremely satisfied with Bill and his work, as I having witnessed in person, as he does all this, himself !!! He is very busy and always strive to satisfy his customers and their requests.

All I can say is Bill really knows his arcades, I've brought around 5 arcades with monitor issues over the past 3 years and he managed to fix 4 of them. I am very happy with his work thanks to him 4 original arcades still work perfect I couldn't be more grateful and recommend his repairs. Thanks Bill !!!

Bill knows pinball! I purchased Space Shuttle 1984 pinball machine works like a champ! Bill came, delivered pinball machine, set it up, and made sure machine was working properly. First time I bought a pinball machine, if I buy another I will sure go back to Bill!

I bought an older pinball machine from Bill when he was in Kirkwood. Got years of enjoyment out of it. I traded it in for another refurbished pinball machine that works great. I didn't consider looking anywhere else. 5 stars!
