These guys are super nice. I was in desperate need of a carburetor bowl gasket. Called, they happened to have one but where closing in 5 minutes. They stayed until I got there and saved the day for me.

I've been helped at least three times at this establishment with my chainsaws and every time the technicians handled my problems expertly and for a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Pricing the same as Amazon. etc. Helped me put together a leaf gutter blower attachment for my Stihl Works great. Support your small businesses. It pays to see first hand what you are buying. Also bought a Stihl leaf blower from them years ago. Works great.

Best place in town! My mower was busted and i needed a part and i couldnt get it ANYWHERE not even on the internet! They had me in and out the door in 15 minutes! Mower has never run better!

This place is what a small business should be. I went to buy a coil for my weed eater and the salesman told me what was wrong with my machine and told me not to buy the new one. I highly recommend this shop for service,parts, and new products. They will always have my business

I came in several months ago looking for a hard to find/out of stock item. The staff took my name and number and let me know they would call when back in stock. To my surprise, they called to follow up two months later. Great customer service! A rare find as more small businesses are pushed out when people favor big box stores, instant gratification, and thus poor customer service. Highly recommend Woodstock Mower and Chainsaw!

I had just watched SwingBlade. I bought two engine rebuild kits. Worked great, so that I only needed one of them.
I returned the second over a month later and they took it back, no muss no fuss. They refunded my card. They did me right. And that impressed me.

As a woman and someone who does not know very much about lawn mowers, I had a great experience here. The man at the front desk was super respectful, helpful and explained what my options were for fixing my mower. Turned out all I needed was a new blade. Saved me from a costly repair and long wait time. I will absolutely go back.

I've been coming here off and on for odds and ends for years. My family has lived nearby and always counted on this busy little shop. Bout time I throw in my two cents.
I finally had to replace my chainsaw in the midst of the great covid chainsaw drought. After a little wait, Ken called me up to let me know a trickle of saws had finally made it in, including my order. Through port shutdown, restricted imported parts, to reduced plant productivity; it had finally arrived.
My choice in chainsaw was informed by both my research and the good advisement of staff. I knew I could count on these guys for their no nonsense insight and practical approach.
Advice to the layperson; be upfront about what your goals/needs are and what you don't know about small machines; these folks will find/fix what you need. You don't need to be an expert to get expert assistance.

I was initially a little concerned because when I took my riding lawnmower in they told me it looked like it was beyond hope. Once I got past this and we started talking, Phil was very friendly and helpful. They serviced my rider and it ran great for about a day and then it died. I called and they told me they stood behind their work and they would come get the rider and figure out what was going on. Since then the rider has performed great. I have taken several other tools to them and been happy with their speed and quality of repair. I would highly recommend Woodstock to anyone looking to care for their small gas powered tools.

I love that this is a local shop. I have taken my Stihl chainsaw here and they did a great job. They were very knowledgeable, did great work and treated me well. I volunteer with the Pacific Crest Trail Association and help clear the trails in Spring/Summer. They'll get my business again, and I'll send others here for repair/maintenance needs.

Never been here but if the doors are open must be a good place looks like an old school Place can't go wrong with those most of the time
